When I needed home repairs last time, B&Q really helped me a lot. They had a wide variety of materials and repair tools to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable. I didn't have to search around for them. I'm very grateful.

Got what we originally came for and the staff are always lovely. Tried to buy stacking boxes stacked in the storage box section. At the till they came up as £333.33 and therefore would not sell them to us until tomorrow?? Needed them today so off to the range instead … Disappointed it couldn’t have been resolved !!? Surely that’s easy enough?

In all my years of visiting this store I have had no issues what so ever. Staff have been extremely helpful, curious with helping wherever possible and going the extra mile. However today with a sore knee I took the chance of going through Trade as I have a few times (even though I know not right), as was closer to the plywood i needed. So with this sore knee, staff helped take a sheet down, lift it onto the cutter and back onto tje trolley. I am approached the Trade counter which had one customer being served explaining my situation to another cashier and the response I got was Trade only youll have to go round. Pointing out I had a sore knee and the car was literally outside that door he still made me walk around. Poor show on this occasion.

Recieved great customer service from Poppy on customer service. Called to check if something was in stock (mainly due to getting to store and never having what I want). Poppy put two different size packs away for me until I arrived and then I got served at the customer service till so didnt have to que. Thank you :)

It's a shame really, but the app is the only thing that lets them down. 'Sold by' 'in stock' and sometimes description, are rubbish. All I can suggest is to visit the store, talk to a member of staff for help. Stock is usually no problem, prices are a little expensive on some items, shop around. Sometimes it's difficult to find a member of staff, which makes it more complex, but there are sometimes that one person who knows everything.

A huge well stocked store. The size means it can an take a while to navigate and track down what you're looking for, but the friendly, helpful staff had good stock knowledge and were able to direct me to where I needed to go.

Signed up to b and q membership got a £5 off for joining as well as standard 10% discount. It was free to join too without any requirements other than a email address. Big store suitable for anything renovation wise

As this store is larger than our local store, I used it because it seems to stock a wide range. I was looking for a particular item, and eventually asked help from a member of staff who took time out to take me to the exact place where the item was displayed. Great service.

Has a really great selection of stuff but some whole aisles look quite bare. I don't know if they're running their soft furnishings down but wall canvases, pillows, mirrors etc were very low in stock when I went. Lots of stuff in the shower section randomly put on hooks with only ones left of things, and some boxes taped up. Bought a smart bulb for £15 here which I tried and tried to get to pair and it wouldn't. I'm normally pretty smart with technology so I couldn't work out why it wouldn't work. Only after checking the front of the box did I realise the bulb was supposed to have a gold band round it, turns out it had a regular bulb inside a smart bulb box, probably a bait and switch by a thief, not exactly B&Qs problem, but a bit frustrating. I didn't bother to take it back because like who's going to believe I didn't do that myself?

Our visit began with a “wow” the scale of this place is huge! So huge I should have worn my glasses! The range of products available is truly astonishing and is my favourite bnq branch by a long shot! Staff we encountered were helpful and polite all the way from start to finish! Thanks!
