   Called down this morning to buy a bit of strapping, guy who served me looked to see if he had any off cut that would prevent me buying a full strip of strapping I did not need, he found some plywood which was suitable for the job I was doing, told me there was no charge for it. Big shout out to him, so helpful & courteous. Webbs be proud of your staff, they go the extra mile for customers

   Thieves bought 1 and 1/2 tonne of Merseyside grit yesterday the lad on counter said I needed that much I only needed a 3/4 of a tonne when I asked about taking it back there charging me 18 pound to take it back with no refund they said they will end up skipping it over priced theives

   The guys here are great. Really helpful and a good sense oh humour. Their is a surprisingly wide array of products and good levels of stock. The timber especially is very good quality as I've had a number of workmen doing jobs at my property who have all commented on the quality. I would highly recommend this builders merchant.
