I had French tip done on my toes yesterday, omg AMAZING! She shaped them soooo good and the French tip is exactly how I wanted it. I didn’t get her name but thank you so much - will definitely come back!
I haven’t had a manicure in a long time, so I decided to stop by this nail shop and give it a try. Super happy with my overall experience! The woman who did my nails was very careful and paid attention to detail. Love this butter yellow tone that she chose for me too!
At first I wasn’t happy with the set that I got but they were very understanding and re-did it for me free of charge. Now very happy with my Christmas nails! Thank you ❤️
I see Linh here. The ladies are absolutely lovely here. I get amazing manis and pedis. It is very clean every one is super polite. Just remember to pay in cash since they don't take cards.
I came here as my friend’s recommendation. It exceeded my expectations. My shellac nails lasted well without chips after 3 weeks. Friendly and professional staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Definitely come back.
Experience so bad I wanted get off my chair and walk out. Booked an appointment, when I got in and told them what I wanted they said they didn't have time for coloured tips (they never said they were tight on time when booking, also have got coloured tips with them before but that day it was a problem.) also wanted a natural point, not too sharp, soft and the man refused making some excuse. I'm getting nails done for years I always had a point until recently. I reluctantly stuck with square because I just wanted to leave. My nails were still too long so I asked to file down just a small bit more. He got the clippers and cut them back to the tip of my skin so much so that when filing he cut my skin!! I was left speechless and upset and there was absolutely no need to be so rude. I was so upset when I got home. Its just one person, I am sure the rest of the staff are lovely. Won't be going back again.
I had my nails done three days ago here and it is the worst shellac manicure I have ever had. I get a shellac manicure regularly (lasts me on average 3 weeks) and decided to try this place for the first time. The cuticles have simply been pushed up and not cleaned at all, and the shellac was not painted close to the nail bed so it already looks like it is about 10 days outgrown. I went back to show them how awful my nails look after three days and they said my cuticles must just grow quickly and refused to clean them up. Really poor quality and poor customer service. Please do not come and spend your money here - avoid, avoid, avoid!
The best place to have a manicure and pedicure around. They are so professional and the venue is clean and cared for. Who doesn’t love a pedicure with hot lemon towel wraps (as standard!). Great attention to detail and never rushed even when they are super busy! The bad reviews on here are from a previous ownership 2 years ago. It seems really unfair that these are still on google...
