X Ray department Went today for x ray walk in service after referral by my GP. Lovely cheerful staff very short wait (less than 5 minutes) Very good experience.
Not sure about the reception, was it a woman, a man or an it? It didn't make me feel comfortable.
Prearranged appointment for a diabetes eye scan. Always met with friendly courteous staff.
My girlfriend had a midwife appointment scheduled for 10:30 and we are still waiting to be seen at 11:30. Had people walking in after us and straight through to the midwives too before us. Poor service and care
I turned up for my appointment, on 1st of March 2023 .for a ultra scan and noone was there ,spoke to 3 staff ,1 lady on xray desk, who rung up to find out ,what was happening. But couldn't get threw .so Ieft and tryd my self .only to be put on hold .so I tryd again when I got home only to be told I had been marked down as not turned up .which is un true .I came from moorends Doncaster to redford it's a long way .

Went yesterday evening to the walk in centre very impressed staff all very friendly seen straight away felt in safe hands cheers guys doing a great job
Extremely poor service. Care and Compassion towards our elderly relative was not awarded despite her frail and vulnerable condition during the last 2 years of her life. CCG Senior management and Bassetlaw community services senior management are less than truthfull and we would advise patients and relatives to know their rights and what care they are entitled to under the NHS especially with regards to NHS Continuing Healthcare.
This is our local hospital. Covers several diffent fields of treatment. Never had a problem waiting for appoinments or treatment. Staff good and careing
