First time here, went for hair service… Great ambience, great service, professional and friendly is what I love. Definitely highly recommended. Booking extremely easy!
This salon is fab! I’ve had three nail biab appointments over the last three months and am really pleased with my nail growth. Kae is full of knowledge and takes great care and precision with my nails. Previously I used other salons and there is no comparison. I always leave this salon happy. Highly recommended.
My son visited this place yesterday to have his hair plaited, single plaits with his natural hair. This cost £80!!!!! They charged an extra £15 because it needed to be detangled?! With natural hair it doesn’t stay detangled after combing it just tangles again quickly which is why we need these styles! Now this morning we see lots of white bits in there from where they didn’t brush the gel into the hair properly. See photo. In addition to this if you look at the way the hair is parted at the back of the hair (in the photo) there is a group of hairs that has not been parted properly. They just left it like that & still charged £80!! Also the hair was not plaited right to the end, so now I have to get rid of all the white bits, re-part and plait the hair myself!! So my time AND my £80 is gone!! UPDATED: Your response to my review is as expected! Unprofessional and full of lies! The reason why I didn't contact the salon is you clearly didn't bother to part his hair properly at the back and purposely let him leave the salon like that! I notice you didn't respond to that part of my review. What about all the white bits?!! No mention about that either! The picture speaks for itself. Again what a waste of my £80! To everyone reading my review, I obviously have no reason to lie about this business, it's honest feedback. I am extremely disappointed with the service, and the response to my review, disappointing but expected based on how they let my son leave their premises with his hair like that! Unprofessional!
I’ve visited the salon a few times and have always been happy with my nails, whether that be gel or extensions. Today I had an acrylic removal and BIAB set done beautifully by Karina! Thank you so much for your patience and attention to detail :) Love the nails and will definitely be back again
This appointment was for my 3yr old who insists in having her hair done at Nail Collection. All stylists are great but her favourite is Karina. Kind and patient while providing excellent service. Cannot recommend highly enough

I am truly in love with my hair. It has never looked so good! Never have I had a slick press that lasted before but its as perfect as when I left the salon. I was also initially apprehensive about having a trim but I needn't worry, my hair was trimmed beautifully. Had so many compliments already. Fantastic stylist and team. My hair and experience was so good I booked my next appointment there and then. And now my daughter is wanting her hair done too. Absolutely blow away with how my hair looks! If i could give 10 stars i would!
