   Fantastic service. A few weeks back, when shopping at House of Fraser, I approached Amber for some info re. Eyebrows waxing. She was very knowledgeable, very kind and answered all my questions. I booked an appointment and had my first visit today. I can only praise the service received. Amber is very professional, she listens to what her customers want and provides excellent advise. I only came to Benefit because of that initial discussion and the good feeling I had with Amber. After today, I will not consider having my Eyebrows waxed and tinted by anyone else. I bought a bundle and will be going back on a regular basis. I fully recommend Amber's services. She is extremely professional and very caring towards her customers.

   I stopped by this benefit brow bar on my way to St Ermins for afternoon tea (I was only visiting London) Amber was absolutely lovely and attentive. She did a fantastic job by waxing my eyebrows. Amber also shared some useful tips on how to make my brows look lovely everyday; after our chat, I was pretty interested in purchasing some products. I left with a brow perfecting kit( the pencil, highlighting pencil, and brow gel). It seemed very good value to buy all 3.Amber also gave me a couple of samples to try. I must say I will be visiting my local benefit brow bar, since I received such a fantastic service. Thank you!

   I started getting my eyebrows waxed at benefit for my birthday. I briefly saw a sign about eyebrow mapping which is what got me started in the first place. I usually have my eyebrows waxed at a hair salon but, Benefit have a system that all their brow artists use. I have been happy with the results, so far especially with Stacey who understands how I like my eyebrows. The brow artists engage in conversation which is nice and seem to remember their clients, or maybe that's just Stacey (I always opted for her).
