Tommy has been a miracle worker through the many years I’ve been going to him. All the compliments from friends and family, even a stranger in a train station once, are testaments of his immaculate skill as a hair stylist.
Chris always does such a fantastic job, he listens to exactly what I want and im always so happy with the end result! I love the salon because it has such a calming and quiet atmosphere and everyone makes you feel so welcome and is so lovely.
I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience of having an eyebrow shape & tint at this salon was so poor I feel compelled to record it. I went into this salon with healthy well shaped eyebrows which just needed a tidy & a tint. I came out with eyebrow dye extending way above and below my eyebrows which when I managed to remove it revealed that my right eyebrow was missing the tail end and I had a cut from the threading to the side of my left eyebrow. I also now have sparse areas across both eyebrows. I was in such a shock at the eyebrow dye fiasco that I just, in typical British fashion, smiled, paid and left. Now I just have to hope that my eyebrows grow back. A really shocking and depressing experience. Avoid at all costs. This has 1 star because you can’t give a zero or minus score. I’ve been going to SMUK for hair and brows for a number of years, and today was my first appointment with Irene for a luxe blowdry and cut / colour consultation. Irene really took the time to understand my lifestyle, how I style my hair (or not!) and what I wanted in a restyle. She also had a lovely warm energy that made me feel a sense of calm throughout my time in the salon. Love my sleek post treatment hair and excited for my cut and colour in a few weeks. Thank you!
After several different “beauty” salons I was lucky to find SMUK! I’m working with Agata and she is doing great job! Whatever I will ask the result will be exactly as expected. I’m recommending this salon for the quality of services. P.S look how aesthetic they are inside
Found my new favourite salon and will definitely be back. Ewa, the hairstylist, was amazing - it's her that brought me to SMUK and I was very happy with my hair colour and hair cut indeed! Looking forward to coming back again.
Really happy with my haircut and overall experience at SMUK! The staff was super nice, and my stylist was amazing and really took the time to understand what i was looking for, how I usually style my hair, etc. The space is beautiful and all products are organic. Definitely coming back!
The salon has a nice atmosphere and Ewa was very friendly and skilled. Did an amazing job colouring my roots and adjusting the overall colour of my hair. Also very happy with the hair cut. Definitely coming back, thank you Ewa!
