   I'm disappointed with this salon. At first when you enter, you are not welcomed warmly by the manager/ lady on reception which is unlike my usual manicure place. I then had a gel pedicure removal followed by a manicure. The nail polish was old and clumpy so we had to change for a different colour but the same problem persisted. The nail technician Gloria tried to find setting spray ( which she couldn't as there was none) and their nail drying machine was out of order. Finally she advised me I can come back to have it redone and apologised several times. I give 5/5 stars to Gloria for caring for her clients but the standard of equipment and nail varnishes is really suboptimal and not worth coming back unless they change their approach to client care. Hence my overall low score for this nail salon.

   Poor choice of colour, nails peeled super quickly and when I went to get my gel removed they weren’t soaked properly so the surface of my nails was completely ruined

   Booked in for a 4pm full gel manicure. After arriving on time I waited 20 minutes to then be told there wasn’t enough time to do a full gel manicure, only an express manicure. Which still cost £18 just for a nail file and paint. The selection of colours weren’t amazing either, not a lot to choose from and lots of colours that were there were almost empty. I was really disappointed with my experience considering how well rated and successful this business is. They seem to be overbooking and understaffed.

   The lady who did my pedicure was sweet however the pedicure is not worth £40. She didn’t even remove any dry skin from my soles or file my nails. The application of the cream was barely anything. I wouldn’t return and I am going to a different place for a proper pedicure.

   I went to get gel manicure on 20th of December for Christmas but my nails was chipped by the 23rd. That is very disappointing!! It was a Christmas present from my boyfriend so you can only imagine how upset he was when it didn’t even last until Christmas. I paid £32 with discount as first time visitor but I must say it not worth it at all. I definitely won’t be back specially that you have to pay £40 and your nails last 3 days. All in all, my nails after one week looks like it was done a month ago.

   I was on holiday in London for Thanksgiving a couple of weeks ago, in need of a manicure not far from my hotel. I booked an appointment on Treatwell for a Sunday evening at Sole Beauty. The salon is adorable, cozy- exactly the kind of vibe I was looking for. I don’t exactly understand why London nail salons don’t usually soak clients’ nails before manicures and I was worried the quality of my mani wouldn’t be that great. I was very pleasantly surprised. Aiste did a spectacular job. Coming from a New Yorker, this says a lot! Aiste is truly an expert and I highly recommend her. I will definitely be back

   This place provides a perfect break from busy London! As I walked through the doors, I was immediately made feel comfortable and at ease. I came for a normal shellac manicure and left with a piece of art! Aiste is an extremely talented nail artist/beauty therapist! Her attention to detail is extraordinary. She was very kind and turned this manicure into a relaxing pampering session. Could not recommend her more!! :) Go and treat yourself; you won't regret it :)

   The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing. The therapist made me feel like I was in good hands and my brows were nicely shaped and trimmed at the end. A bit expensive for a brow wax/shape but it was a good experience so I'm happy. She also recommended a few products and gave my samples just in case I got any spots from the waxing as she noticed I am acne prone.
