Couldn’t have had a better experience having a pedicure here. Extremely professional and thorough. Would highly recommend!
I come here often. Very clean, very nice people, and the shellac is always excellent and lasts a really good time, but I had my first pedicure here today and did not have the best experience. The service I booked included a foot massage, and I did remind them about this, but there was only a very quick and light scrub and mask. The woman next to me had a very long massage and the salon was quiet so it made me feel a bit ignored. I felt like they just wanted me in and out.
I’ve been coming here for more than a year fortnightly for a manicure. It used to be amazing immaculate nails and cuticles. The last several times have been dreadful but my last appointment was my last for sure. The technician was nipping away the cuticles instead of cutting it in one or two goes nicely so few days later my cuticles are flaky allover and catching everywhere completely ruined. The station was dirty from the last client she didn’t even bother dusting it. It used to be friendly now several times vibe was off. Customer service and cleanliness is everything. Won’t be going back. I’ve attached pictures of my ruined cuticles too. It’s dreadful

Booked a rare mani pedi as don’t live in London, but as they were running half an hour late I didn’t have time for the manicure bit. Same happened to a friend who had an earlier appointment. Not an apology in sight, so guess this is normal (it was a Saturday so busier than usual perhaps). Lovely pedicure though! Just be aware if you are rushing to fit appointments in between other things as I was. Would have given 5 stars if not for that.
Had the worst experience at this salon. The manicurist was extremely rude, and the manicure that I received was just substandard
I love this salon! The workers are very friendly and put all the effort to make sure you’re satisfied! I see the girl who works there with these hallowe’en nails and I asked them to do the same and here is the results! Very crafty! Xx I recommend!
Had a fabulous shellac manicure buy a sweet very thorough lady! I would say a perfectionist which is fine by me! Will definitely be visiting again.
