came as old place closed. never again. the pricing isnt clear and it is mis leading, very behind on appointments but I did know everyone's christmas arrangements
Absolutely shite. Made to wait 2 hours for a fitting and ended up leaving. When I did pick my glasses up they were back in the shop within the hour. Both pairs offered worse vision than my old glasses. Demanded a refund. They refused to refund the eye test I'd had done to have these glasses made. So I paid £30 for an eye test that I have zero faith in using again. Glasses were refunded I hope the £30 you refused to refund males up for the £500-1000 me and my wife spend each year on new glasses. Do yourself a favour Go elsewhere
Excellent service. From entry to my eyes being tested was amazing and all took time out to ensure i was looked after and any questions i asked were answered. Loved the time taken by two members to check i had the right glasses for my face. Thanks
I was very worried about an eye issue and I had heard of Specsavers via Community Urgent Eyecare Service. I was given an appointment the same day and after extensive eye examination by the ophthalmic Optician I was advised on the treatment and was discharged. It was a great relief to be seen and my issue dealt with so quickly.
