His years of experience working in Audiology were clear to see, and I was able to put my full trust in him. He performed a very thorough assessment and guided me through the ear wax removal process. The microsuction procedure itself was painless, and my hearing has 100% improved! I will definitely visit Paul again in the future if I was to have any further problems.    I looked at a few places after experiencing a blocked ear and Paul was recommended to me. So happy I went to him. Great communication despite a mishap with my email, really clear discussion of treatment and a view of my ear that was quite an eye opener. I got to see the issue and Paul took me through the steps to remedy it. The treatment was straightforward and solved the immediate issue. I needed to come back a week later for a follow up check up which was included in the price. I would highly recommend Paul and am very impressed with his professionalism, skill and expertise. Andrew

   I contacted Paul regarding a hearing test for my 4-year-old son who had recently had grommets fitted, but we still wanted a comprehensive hearing test carried out. Paul was fantastic at making our son relaxed in the surroundings and the test was age appropriate with games to engage him in the process. I felt reassured with the results and Paul gave us the time and advice to help with aiding some issues we were having. Would definitely recommend!
