I got my eyebrows done by Anjum and she did a fabulous job! She was professional, precise, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be visiting again.
I was extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the condition of the place. The environment is extremely dirty and they do not sterilize the tools used to cut nails and remove cuticles. This is a basic and essential procedure that should always be done to avoid the risk of infection. When I questioned the technician about cleaning the nail clippers, as they were visibly dirty, he told me that I should bring my own because they do not clean or sterilize anything there. This is very dangerous and a serious lack of hygiene. On top of that, my nails were very poorly done. I do not recommend this place at all.
I’ve been waxed by Anjum three times now, and every single time she’s done an amazing job. She’s incredibly thorough and makes sure everything is perfect. On top of that, she’s warm and friendly, which really helps make the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend her!
This is my second time Mamta. She did my body waxing and facial and her services are 10/10. She informs you what's best for your body post wax and facial treatments. Book with her, she's at the shop on Thursdays and Fridays. You won't regret it!
I had a keratin and straightening treatment done at this salon. After the treatment, my hair looks completely different, fresh and healthy. The staff were also friendly. I recommend this treatment to anyone. Sadhna, was the one who did the treatment. I appreciate her work, she done a really good work.
I used the service right now, about 5 minutes ago. Before the lady did the threading, i clearly showed her a picture of the last time my eyebrows were done. I went there today because when i did it last time, it was really good and i showed her the picture of the same. The last time i did it, my eyebrows were really thick as i had not done for like 6 months. It was really thick and the staff managed to do it very well and i loved it. Due to the same reason, i went there again today and i had clearly shown her the picture. She said it was thick and asked me to do wax. I agreed but it was not thick as the previous time. She did something and asked me to check and i told her im not happy as it does not have any shape at all. She said she would some more wax and sort it out and then made it even worse. I have 2 lines on my forehead, as if a child had drawn on my forehead using pencil. She was extremely rude. She refused to accept her mistake and kept saying i asked for it, even though i told her what i wanted before she could even start. She ruined my eyebrows and it looks extremely bad. She said she has 20 years of experience and i can see that she doesn’t even know how a brow should look like. I wonder how she got the job. Never going back to this place.
By far the best wax I’ve had in about 2 years! She made sure I was comfortable from the second we entered the treatment room. There’s not 1 strand of hair left! & it took less than 15mins! 1000% recommended
My experience was great! The lady who did mine, Anjum, she was a professional, her threading my eyebrows didn’t hurt at all and she fixed one of my eyebrows which had absolutely no shape before. Will definitely be going to only her again. 10/10 recommended.
