Vaibhavi was amazing, I did manicure, pedicure and a Swedish massage, very caring and friendly really great I do recommend.
Prices in store are massivley different online. They wont honour the online price. Although it stated the price when booked. Very rude and very threatening staff. STAY AWAY!

Latheepa was amazing, the massage she has given has been excellent and exactly what I needed. She was very carrying all the time and attentive to each little detail. My body felt so relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you soooooo much.
Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The prices are quite high for the level of service and quality offered. Most of the nail polishes were old and dry, so I couldn’t even get my nails done. The tools and materials seemed outdated and not well cared for. On a positive note, the staff were polite and friendly, but sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I have had numerous procedures here. PLEASE RUN. Overpriced eyelash extensions last 4 days max. Moreover the brow lamination was one of the worst beauty-related choices I have made. 10-12 weeks after lamination, my eyebrows are completely fried and unruly. Even during and a few days after lamination they looked terrible. Really upset I trusted this parlour - especially with my eyebrows as I have spent years trying to get them right, wish I saved close to £100 on poor quality treatments. Still looking how to fix my eyebrows, I have received comments on how different and “fried” they look :( Please avoid both parlours.

Zeel is amazing. Had my facial done twice with her. I am impressed with her technique and how she understands what customer want. So great service
They constantly try and over charge you for their service. I wanted to get a mini spa with a pedicure white tips and was told it was £35. They then try to pressure me to get gel which would have been an additional £11. I declined on two occasions. When I sat down to begin they told me it would be and additional £8 to remove my nail varnish ? Bearing in mind these additional costs are not on their price list. Save your money and go to Tracy’s nails in Streatham, must better service and reasonable price
Really bad experience, my pedicure looks awful. I have polish all aver my cuticles on some of the and the rest it’s not even at all. Never will use them again so disappointed. And at the and I pay £45 for rubbish ! It’s not about the money but for this king of service they should be shame to charge that much !
