Lovely salon with the best hairdressers! Every stylist is amazing! I always leave happy no matter who does my hair. The online booking is super easy and the whole experience is always perfect!
I can highly recommend Chelsea Beach. Michele took great care with my highlights and Kevin listened to my requests before a cut and blow dry. Everyone is polite, professional and very friendly. I left looking and feeling good!
I did my balayage with Michele, and the colour turned out absolutely beautiful, he’s very talented with tone and shade. Unfortunately, the bleaching process was done far too fast and with products that were clearly too strong. I’ve never struggled with dry hair or split ends before, but after this appointment my hair became extremely dry and damaged. I had to cut off several centimetres, yet I keep getting new split ends given how compromised the hair still is from the bleaching process. I also called beforehand and was given a price for the treatment by the reception, but when it was time to pay I was told a higher amount. They refused to adjust it, which I don’t think is acceptable. Customers should always be informed of any price difference before the treatment. I’m sharing this to let others know and to hopefully encourage the salon to be more cautious, to use gentler products, take more time, and be transparent about pricing. But again, the color itself turned out really good.
I have been coming to Chelsea Beach Salon since they opened and the staff are friendly and like a family, the way they are with each other and their clients. Marcella has always done my hair, and in her previous place of work so when she moved, I moved too. Today, I had a pedicure with Veronica for the first time and will not be going anywhere else in future!! I have small and delicate feet and Type 2 diabetes. Veronica considers all medical issues and is thorough, with no pain and a beautiful colour after. The main thing is her attention to perfection in preparing your feet for polish, and her friendly and warm personality helps! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing and incredible services! As soon as you enter this salon, you immediately feel at ease. All the staff is super welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. In an instant, they understood what I wanted, and they were able to give me an honest opinion on the most suitable look for me as well as suggest good-quality products. I am delighted to have trusted, in particular, Mélissa and Michele; they are truly wonderful and professional! Antony and his entire team offer high standards and a stylish experience in the heart of Chelsea. Excellent service, you feel leaving pampered, 100% recommend, and I'm definitely going again!

So far I had a haircut with them and it was lovely! The stylist was very patient and worked well with me, gave advice (always follow- they know what they’re doing!) and my haircut turned really nice. I feel great with it and my hair looks healthy now. The salon has a great atmosphere and uses good (Italian- my fave) products and everyone is really welcoming. I appreciated they offered a colour consultation along with a patch test to ensure I am not allergic to their hair dye. Looking forward for my colour day!
An exceptional salon! Great products, professional and fun service and outstanding results. Also, there is a wonderful feeling on there that enables people to just connect. Truly loved every minute of my time in the salon! Also, very much appreciate that I finally found someone who knew how to cut my hair to fit my face perfectly! Amazing.
