The team at Image are always so lovely. I booked a last minute biab refill and manicure and I asked for something “Christmasy” and the girl was absolutely awesome! I was their last customer of the day but did not feel rushed, she really took her the time with paying attention to every detail. Really happy with the service and experience ✨
First time here and this was amazing. Im in love with my nail. All of the staff were so very friendly and considerate.10/10 experience 100% will be going here everytime I need my nails done again.
I work close by to this shop so I thought I’d give them a go.. never again! it was a little old and dirty looking up on the pedi stations but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt.. maybe that wouldn’t mean the nails would be done well? The girl was nice and polite but removed my old gels with a drill alone and then re-did my toes in about 3/4 minutes. It felt rushed but looked ok.. when I went to pay I was shocked to be told it was £36!! I’d not even had a full pedi but she told me it was the cost of the removal (again, no acetone used.. just an aggressive drill for about 10 seconds). I was then chased down the street with a card machine as she had accidentally put in £0.36p! Which was also a little embarrassing and she made me jump when she shouted out right behind me. I could overlook all of this tbh had the nail lasted more that 72 hours as per the photo below! I’d avoid this place guys.. much cheaper and longer lasting nails in the surrounding areas
Been here so many times and always happy with the service. Friendly staff and easy to get what you need. My fav nail salon so far, will always recommend x
I met the lovely Hannah. She is amazing, she mate me feel so comfortable. I didn’t even realise how quick she finished I got a Hollywood with minimal pain. As a bleach girl it can be difficult to find someone who understands your hair texture Hannah had expertise in this area gave me great advice. God bless you Hannah Love you
I am so sorry to say this but its the worst nails experience I ever had. I paid 51£ for a full set manicure gel and shelac (6£ for french manicure) 1st thing first she pretend to dont remove my cuticles, so I have to ask her to do it, when the cuticles was so evident. And she directly take the scissors and cut my skin making me bleeding for the 2 next following days. Apart of painful so ugly. Its fine, this can happens. I said thousands times please as slim as possible to get a natural look, I asked for a natural look lots of times. No only I get the thicker nails I ever had but with a disformed shape, slim and thick at the end, plus dust in between the white tip colour and the top coat. I am so sorry but I feel so frustrated about to pay the amount of 51£ for this service.
I visited IMAGES while visiting a friend in the area and I’m so happy I stumbled across it. I got a wax from Hannah and it was the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. Came back the next day for a pedicure and was impressed again but the comfort, cleanliness and service. Thank you!
Had my nails done for a wedding a d 2 fell off less than 48 hours the morning of my bed friends wedding. They've offered to fix 2 but the others have clearly been badly done and will also fall off. I'm wasting my time to come back. Really disappointed.
Giving this 3 stars as have been here twice - first time was great, second was terrible. The girl was 7 minutes late (so my appointment was then rushed), no apology, incredibly rude in her communication. The whole process was very poor, left with a few cuticles bleeding, nail polish very messy - to try and remove some of the excess polish, she used a clipper to cut off my skin directly! Will not be returning given how over priced the services are
