Really like it here - nice staff and good choice of colours and good value. However I came here to get my nails done with infill biad. She drilled my nails thin, and it took her over an hour, with the result being really disappointing which I’ve not had happen before at other nail places!
Such an amazing experience – I wholeheartedly recommend it! Hannah did an incredible job with my nails. She made sure I was happy throughout, paid great attention to shaping them beautifully, and perfected the French tips with real precision. I’m so impressed and will definitely keep coming back!
Really happy with the acrylic manicure I received. Hannah was very attentive to each stage and gave me options on which shade she thought would suit me. She was also very careful and thorough when taking off my last set, making sure she wasn't damaging my actual nail. Will go back for sure!

Absolutely love my nails! Showed them an image and they copied it perfect, really happy with them, the service was great and the ladies in there were lovely!
I treated my partner, as an early Xmas present. When she got back, it looked like her nails had been done by Stevie Wonder. The gap to the cuticle was wider than the English channel. When she returned to have them done again properly, they wanted her to almost pay the full price again to rectify their own mistake. Very disappointed with the quality of their services and disgusted with their customer service. I would say avoid at all cost
I’ve been to this salon a lot over last couple of years and been really happy, but the last two times have been super disappointing. The first time the manicurist filed some of my nails way shorter than the rest and nicked my cuticles so they bled. A different manicurist came over and fixed my nails and I was super happy with the result. When I returned this time the job they did was so amateur. One of my thumbs is asymmetrical. The overall finish is not up to the usual standard. My nails look really blobby. One hand looks much better than the other. When I said I wasn’t happy the man who did my nails was so rude and said “you always complain just pay” - he literally didn’t care. Definitely never going back. Such a shame that the place has gone so downhill!
I came here to get my hands and feet done and was so disgusted with the way a member of staff was talking to the customers, then I was unfortunate to have that man start my nails. He was so rude, unprofessional and aggressive. I told him I wanted another member of staff to do my nails and I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes for someone else to come although the shop wasn’t busy and no one was waiting after me. Another customer was getting her nails done and the same man was so rude to her and was shouting at her for no reason at all. Her sister had come to meet her and she advised her sister to go to another shop. I left with a wonky set of acrylics and a paint job that I could of done myself at home. I went to another shop to get my feet done and while talking with the nail tech I had mentioned I got my nails done at this ‘perfect image’ and she said she knew it as she had worked in that area before and commented how rude the staff are there! I will never go back to this shop and I highly recommend everyone else to avoid it!
Love this place, nails always look great and they have some beautiful colours to choose from. Prices are reasonable, it does get busy though so I’d recommend booking beforehand.
