Long winded instryctions ti get ti destination. Even the maps voice got lost.

The most shambolic administration I have ever seen in my life and that's before you get an appointment. It's put me off even attending an appointment as first impressions are diabolical

We had Debbie Mather as our Councillor which was the worst Councilling I've ever encountered. This is a real shame as even though you get some sessions free, you are on a waiting list for months and you receive unprofessional service which made matters alot worst at the time. I will never forget the experience, after a few sessions we noticed that not much was improving and discussions were left unresolved, I was very upset and crying by the end of the session, I politely asked if we could have a different Councillor if possible as we felt as though it was not working out, she then shouted "You have just attacked me!" then proceeded to argued with me. I couldn't believe what had happened and seeked professional advice elsewhere about this behaviour. I made a complaint as no-one should have to experience this sort of 'therapy' especially if it's their first time getting help and when you're in a vulnerable time in your life.

My partner had an interview here on 3 different occasions Even though she has the experience and qualifications to do the job they kept making up excuses and on all 3 occasions there was this one women who doesn’t even know her but had something against her. All she was trying to do is have a positive impact. No wonder the health system is in a crisis.

I thought it went well when I went there in 2006 and 2007 but it turned out I was going manic and didn't realise I liked the staff and would not put anyone off them based on my experience.

  3. Mike MacLeod ★★★★★

Professional, competent and caring. Exactly what you want from a mental health service.

Shockingly dismissive of my child's mental health. Did not even bother to see him.
