   What a poor showroom, We went looking for a couple of bathrooms, the ones in the showroom were fitted appallingly, the general state of the items were very very poor. When raised with a staff member as we struggled to open the shower door, he said he was aware but wasn’t for him to sort it. When you not being helped to buy couple of £1800+ shower units, it makes you wonder what the after sales service would be like. Now the one in Manchester must be run by a different manager and better staff as much much better gotta be said. Both mystery shopper heaven to show the difference. Warrington staff couldn’t care less about the experience, none of the three greater us, asked or said good bye (not even the one we spoke to about the poor fitting of a unit, which prevented us opening it)

   Very disappointing the service I received was poor at best in fact the person I had arranged to see didn’t even show up she was arrogant & unhelpful I believed this company to be a premium brand but the quality of their products & the service was poor, also when a repair was needed we couldn’t get the parts from usual plumbing suppliers! I’m really disappointed & will think twice about using porcelanosa ever again!

   We have planned a couple of bathrooms with Ellie Borrows in the Warrington showroom, Ellie is friendly and professional, always gives good advice and I value her opinion on design decisions. Any problems we encountered were quickly rectified and I would happily work with her again on future projects.

   Absolutely outstanding service from Taylor Du Preez at the Warrington Branch. From start to finish she couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive to our every request. She helped us choose everything we needed and offered her expert advice whenever we needed. Our order was not straight forward, but nothing was too much trouble for her, even contacting us and responding outside of her working hours. She made everything very easy for us. She is a credit to this company, very helpful, very competent, very professional and we wouldn’t hesitate in using again.

   Spent a considerable amount of money on porcelain tiles recently. Saleswoman calculated how much grout would be needed. Fast forward 2 weeks, job finished. Contacted store to ask about returning 6 bags, yes thats right, 6 bags of unused grout, 4 in an unopened box, only to be informed its not refundable. Also reminded that we were informed of this at point of purchase and we should have got our tiler to confirm amount required!! Funnily both me and my husband have no recollection of this!! Also not many tilers accompany clients on their shopping trips. Seems like a money making scheme to me. Being over quoted for 6 bags of grout is excessive by anyone's imagination. Not impressed.
