   I’ve been coming to this store for a few years now and I’ve always left in a better mood than I went in with. On every visit, every single member of staff has been unfailingly lovely: always a smile, a joke, and a helpful attitude, it’s a genuine breath of fresh air and every team member deserves a raise, they’re truly a credit to the company. On top of that, everything I need is usually in stock and fetched immediately - huge thanks from me!

   Called in here for replacement flush valve for my toilet, I wasn't sure about ordering and a nice gentleman waiting to place his order kindly let me in front of him showing me how to order what I needed. Staff were helpful and friendly even explained how to return if the item was wrong. Thankfully it was fine.

   Easy to order and collect. The two members of staff (a young lady and a man) were extremely welcoming, friendly and professional. The guy brought the items to my car and loaded them for me. I was so impressed by the service that I'm using Screwfix in St. Helens again today!!

   States open untill 2000. Closed at 1655 today?? Last time I use these cowboys. Will use tool station from now on as they are more accurate with the site, cheaper and have better selections.
