Really amazing service. Kashera done my nails and honestly, these are the best i’ve had them. Amazing attention to detail. I came following a friend’s recommendation and I am so glad that I did. I will definitely be returning. Kashera also threaded my eyebrows and I am pleased with the outcome.

I booked a hair removal appointment for 11:55, and I was charged the full price at 12:05 for being late. I had an issue at home and I tried to call the salon to forewarn but unfortunately there was no response. When I arrived around 12:15, I was asked to wait and then told I couldn't be fitted in that same day or the next day because she was fully booked (I could be misunderstanding but Treatwell seemed to suggest available bookings). I'm sure Keshera is a lovely person but I politely contacted her to see if we could reschedule but she bluntly said that I would have to pay again. I will be going to Blush Beauty.

Absolute waste of my time with the nail technician being late and not even bothering to let me know. Very unprofessional. I got up and left after a while, ridiculous to see how someone’s entitled to people’s time without any sort of communication. edit answer to reply: made sure to wait at least 10 minutes - so saying they were only 10 minutes late is inaccurate. There was another member of staff there who could’ve communicated how late they were going to be had they bothered to let me know. If you’re going to reply at least be accurate.
I had a lovely experience with Kashera micro blading my eyebrows. She is very professional and accommodating. Clean environment and lovely personality. I felt relaxed and I’m soo happy with the results x

I did my eyebrows (microblading) with Kashera and she made me feel comfortable and reasurred me that the procedure would not be painful and it definitely was not (just slight scratching feeling) and my eyebrows are exactly the thickness I like, she gave me advice on after care and a cream to put on after a few days. Highly recommend
