   I went for a haircut with Anthony yesterday on Christmas Eve. After explaining to him that I didn’t want anything from the back and the top taken off, as I am trying to grow a mullet, I thought we got to an understanding with what I wanted. We agreed on only doing the sides and he convinced me to level the top a little bit so it had more shape. After he trimmed the sides and shampooing my hair , we went back to the chair. And that is when I noticed he started cutting the back. I started to feel uncomfortable and even told him how much I wanted to grow the back so he could get the hint. Clearly not. At first I thought that he was just tidying up a bit or maybe just doing the very ends, but after washing my hair today I realised he cut way too much from the back. Needless to say that after paying £45 for a cut is quite upsetting that you put your trust on a ‘specialist’ so he completely disregards what you want or what your hair goals are. I am now to the point where I’m so upset that I want to just cut my hair completely. Massive step back again. On top of that I called up to cancel the appointment they booked me for February and the woman on the phone didn’t even apologised after I explained to her how unhappy I was with my haircut

   Jackie at Raw Bella is fantastic. I have thin curly hair - she colours and cuts it beautifully. The salon is lovely, welcoming, not too expensive. Had a wonderful neck & shoulder massage too!

   I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Rawbella after a very disappointing visit. I came in asking for a refresh to my balayage. I was very clear that I wanted to remain brunette, and even shared a reference photo (picture attached) that another stylist in the salon agreed matched my existing hair closely. Instead, my hair was drastically lightened, leaving it with an unnatural tone and even green in some light. I raised my concerns during the appointment, and the stylist did consult a senior member of the team. Initially I thought it looked good because he did a great job with the blow dry, but when I got home you could see it was far from what I had asked for. The cut was so uneven despite asking for a few blended layers in the front and a light trim in the length. (Pictures attached). I’ve since spent over £380 fixing both the colour and condition of my hair, on top of what I paid at Raw Bella, and it’s still in recovery. I also wasn’t given any aftercare advice, despite mentioning that I was heading on holiday shortly after, which I've been told would have definitely caused more damage. When I contacted the salon, I appreciated that they responded, but the communication felt dismissive. I was misquoted about my comments on the day, and despite explaining the extent of the issue and cost of correction, they offered a complimentary treatment and blow-dry, which I declined. I appreciate they have a policy to return to them to fix the issues but understandably, I didn't feel confident in going back. Overall, I left with damaged hair, significant additional expense, and a disappointing response from the salon. I had hoped for more accountability from a place with such good reviews.

   Amazing service, Prosecco, pretzels, 3 minute massage to start, the best head massage I’ve had ever, really listened to me when I asked for my hair colour and got exactly what I wanted. I will be going to this salon for a long time. Having tried many hairdressers since I moved to London this one is by far the best. Really lovely staff. So pleased with my hair

   I really enjoyed my first time at Raw Bella today. Greeted by the lovely Danielle who remembered chatting to me over the phone. Given a relaxing shoulder massage and hair wash- with head massage- by Rachel, who is a sweetie. And then meeting Alfie, the first hair stylist ever who asked me lots of detailed questions about my hair, and, more importantly, listened. We chatted all the way through and he explained everything he did, checking with me along the way. I am very happy with my haircut and my experience at Raw Bella today. They were recommended to me and I highly recommend them.

   One of the best salons I’ve been to! Having been nervous to try a new salon, I was blown away by the hospitality and skill of the stylists and members of staff! Fernando did an incredible job with my highlights, he was very knowledgeable and achieved a beautiful and natural look, as I had completely over processed my hair! He also recommended a toner and treatment, leaving my hair healthy and glossy! I cannot recommend him enough as a colourist! I cannot recommend Simon enough as well! He listened to my bizarre and complex explanation of how I wanted my hair and he gave me exactly what I had imagined! He also gave me plenty of tips and tricks on how to get the most out of the hairstyle, whilst also being super friendly and very informative! Absolutely in love with the cut and recommend him to anyone looking for an incredible detailed and skilled haircut! The members of staff (can’t remember their names!) provided such incredible hospitality and were so accommodating and friendly! I cannot recommend this salon, Simon and Fernando enough, a lovely all round experience and have already booked in to go again in April!

   Had my haircut here today by the wonderful Jackie - excellent job all round. I hadn't had my haircut in two years; needless to say it was pretty long. Jackie was very gradual with the cut so I could see how it looked at different lengths. I'm very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend. Side note: I was supposed to have it cut by Simon, but it had to be rescheduled to a later time with Jackie at the last minute. The team called to reschedule and apologise, which was highly courteous of them and very much appreciated.

   Raw Bella is the best when it comes to haircutting and coloring. I’ve been getting compliments as a result of Jackie’s work! A group of talented stylists in a welcoming, and caring environment. It was such a treat getting my hair done with Raw Bella and the entire staff is amazing and helpful. Jackie did my hair and I absolutely love it and couldn’t have been more happy! Did my hair exactly the way I asked. I will 100% go back to them to get my hair done again . The receptionist Helen is the sweetest person she constantly checked on the clients and offered snacks and drinks.I couldn’t ask for more!!
