   I have been a customer at Belle Cour for many years. I visit every 2 weeks for Biab nails. Angie is an excellent beautician, I see her for Biab manicure, gel pedicure & waxing. She is very kind and patient, she is very skilled at her work and pays a lot of attention, I am always happy with the results and have never had an issue with my nails. I really value the care and consideration she takes, her excellent customer service and her skills. She is very fast without ever compromising on quality, which is really helpful when trying to fit in an appointment in a busy day!! I would highly recommend her.

   Horrendous experience. I went in for a simple acrylic removal and biab with French tip. There was an absolute lack in interest to provide a high quality efficient service and the whole thing took almost 2 hours to complete. The biab came out totally inaccurate with many bubbles and did not dry. I was also in a lot of pain through the whole procedure due to rough drilling and intense UV cycles with no warning of pain with biab. I did not get a French tip because the staff was unable to do it properly. And in the they wanted to charge an absolutely heinous price of £71. Despite getting a discount it was still incredibly over priced at £56, when I usually get a much better service at a much cheaper price in other nail salons. Never going here again.

   Went in for a shellac removal. The removal was terrible done with a machine without respecting the shape of the nail. You can see in the pictures the cracks in my nails and even guess the blade directions… terrible experience, never had my nails in this condition! No oil or hand cream was applied neither after the service. Huge disappointment.

   Very very poor manicure - never had a worse one in my life. I did a gel manicure In order: - color placed poorly, uneaven and placed at least 3mm away from the beginning of the nail (i.e, looks like my fresh manicure is 10 days old) - nails filed and shaped are crooked -cuticles not removed - extremely slow - no oil at the end - dirty location - operator did not have gloves

   Most awful manicure experience of my life. Staff so incredibly unprofessional and rude. Each member of staff quotes a different price for the same service, the polish they used literally peeled off after 2 hours and when I went to get it fixed the lady said she had no time in a super rude and aggressive manner and refused to be helpful in any way. Also the shellac manicure looked very bad for the £51 that I was charged, the polish was not painted to the edge of the nail, it looked like the polish had been there for 3 days! I am never going back there and would not recommend.

   I went with my friend to do my nails, with an experience box that I had been given on my birthday. RES LETTER DAYS. They wanted to make me pay because they said they had no contract with that company, after 1 hour arguing with the manager and calling the cashier's company I was able to leave. The nails did not last 24 hours, quality garbage and HORRIBLE attention. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE IN MY LIFE!!!!They did not put anything under the red and when I took it off after 3 days, my nails were orange
