Since they have moved everything around its difficult to find what your looking for, was a much better layout before, it was easier to walk around the aisles. We tend not to shop here nowadays but we're looking for something which we could get here, took a while to find it.

Since the refurbishment, we find that some items are no longer available, and the layout makes it harder to navigate and find things. I use a disability scooter and often find the trollies used by staff are left in the middle of the aisles, making it difficult for me

Quite good a good range of products. But the parking area is wrong side of enterance. Have Wilko not thought for Disabled people to enter via Car Park? Rita

Before they moved everything around and closed off a large portion of the shop it was great and well spaced out with seamless transitions into the surrounding departments. photo frames to home bits, home bits to curtains, curtain the bedding etc. Not anymore. It's a mess with no order and difficult to navigate. Not to mention the tills, they have converted regular tills into self serve which means that its card only on about 6 tills and there is usually only 1 member of staff on a till if you wish to pay cash, if they wanted to go down the self serve route why not get proper machines that take both cash and card? personally I dont like that they've took mini eggs out their pick n mix stand and that there where no house plants to be seen, even by the exit where they usually are.

It would have been better if it wasn't for the fact that when I called in on my work break, and was in my own security uniform, their shortarse excuse of a security guard they have on duty there, constantly followed me around the store, completely oblivious to the two kids "bagging up" deodorants while watching me make a purchase!

Usually quite well stocked. But can't understand why there is only ever 1 till open where you pay cash! It always has a queue!! We aren't a cashless society yet!

Shop is clean tidy and well organised in a centre location within the shopping part of town. However parking is disabled only making larger purchases difficult. Chose exactly what I needed but at checkouts was asked cash or card then made to self scan all items . While clearly struggling with many large items and not enough hands or space to do so while staff looked on.

Still giving 4 stars for previous visits but this is not good enough after such a long time waiting for basic decorating essentials i have had to shop elsewhere for products
