I visited Buff for Botox treatment. Hayley is very knowledgeable and professional. She explains everything thoroughly and puts you at complete ease. I have had Botox before and I can honestly say the experience I had at Buff was far superior. There’s a reason why this salon has stood the test of time.

Hayley was so welcoming and chatted through everything involved with semi-permanent make up, eyebrow tattoo and microblading. She listened to what I wanted to achieve. After the initial appointment to discuss everything, I had my first appointment to shape my eyebrows for the following week’s semi-permanent make up. Hayley is very professional makes you feel really at ease, she wants to give you the best result she can. It is just over 4 weeks since I had my eyebrows done and they look fantastic. I am delighted with how natural they look, no-one has realised that they aren’t my natural eyebrows, and all comments once I’ve told people have been wow how fantastic they look. I have another appointment with Hayley in 10 days time to touch up anything that may need a quick enhancement. Hayley has personally checked in with me several times in the last month to check that originally I was healing ok and that everything was ok. It was a just a little uncomfortable following the treatment for a couple of days while the skin re-healed, you can’t get them wet for a week following, but receive all the after treatment you need. I am really delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hayley. Thanks again, Karen.
In April I was asked to be a hair model for the new Aveda permanent colour by Nicky. I’d been having a Demi plus tint for the last couple of years but my grey was getting too resistant to the colour and it was time for a change. Myself, Nicky and the Aveda rep (sorry I can’t remember her name!) discussed my colour history and they came up with a plan going forwards. My hair is now permanently coloured with some herringbone foils to add some lights and warm up. Am super happy with the result and don’t feel I have to run back every four weeks to get my roots tinted. Although I am booked in to add more foils soon!! Nicky is such an expert colourist and I am so lucky I booked in with her all those years ago ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Visited Buff Hair and Beauty for a Portier Original Brazilian Blow Dry with the fabulous Nicky. Nicky never fails to tame my unruly tresses and today was no exception!! Amazing treatment that will last for months, see before and after pictures. Hair is so soft and takes minutes to blow dry… which is more like a rough dry now, lovely bonus I wasn’t expecting - thank you Nicky. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
