Becky the branch manager couldn't be more helpful, couldn't rate her highly enough, even when she's doing her paperwork, no question or query goes unsolved, she can't get the book out fast enough to look for the right product for you. And Louise and Caitlin and the other girl first class customer service. Great little store nice atmosphere. Just wish we had Becky and team over in Runcorn

I went to Toolstation Widnes with my sister and mum to choose a kitchen sink and a kitchen tap for my mum. We were looked after by Michaela, who was very helpful, polite and patient.
