Been getting my nails done here for years now. My daughter and mum do to. Brilliant and have never had a problem
Absolutely horrid service, staff are very rude and just do as they please. Went in for a pedicure and 1. my toes were cut and filed jagged, 2. I picked the polish colour that I wanted but the guy still went onto choosing something that I didn’t chose, 3. Due to how horrible my toes were cut I had to get acrylic and even that was placed very badly and looked thick. This was my holiday pedicure and I was very upset at the result. Through the process I explained I was unhappy and staff completely ignored this and was argumentative.
Unfortunately I won’t be having anything done here again. I went there almost every two weeks for at least a year, I did both my feet and nails. They were very friendly and did good work. After the pandemic, the prices went up and the service went out the window. It went from £32 to £42 and one time I was charged £47 which I paid. It felt like they were resentful of the money that they lost during the lock down and took it out on the customers. The last straw was when I went in just before Christmas, this man knows who I am. I asked him how long for my nails and he replies “it’s £60” I said “what”? He looked at me with this look like yeah that’s the price. Of course I left and went to another nail salon. They need to remember that’s it’s the regulars who pay their bills, and not the 20 people they gauge during special occasions. They aren’t providing any additional service for the extra money, it’s the same mani & pedi that I would have had on any other day. They don’t like it if you complain, but it’s my money and I want to get what I’m paying for. I go past there everyday, I’ve noticed that they aren’t as busy as used to be. I suspect that they’ve annoyed a lot of people who now go elsewhere. I mean really if don’t care about service or the quality of the work, you can go somewhere cheaper, at least then you won’t be as disappointed.
Average, slap dash pedicure, bare minimum - no shaping, untidy, made my toe bleed - don't waste your money
When the current male and female whom I believe are a couple began running their business at Style Zone a couple of years ago they were quite polite. However, I noticed that as time went by their attitude changed in that they became abrupt , rude and not friendly as before . This was usually when I pointed out when they had not done what I wanted properly . Today for example I wanted my toe nails extensions to be cut shorter and painted the same design. The price quoted I thought was expensive but I thought as there was no queues I agreed. The male did not cut my nails short as I wanted it he seemed quite happy to rush his work and when I told him I needed the nails cut shorter he got angry and told me I should cut it myself. I told him and his wife that he was rude and do not speak to me like that, he said something in his language to the woman, no doubt derogatory about me and stormed out of the shop. The woman never apologised for his behaviour. I definitely will not get my nails done at Style Zone again. They are happy to take money but not happy to rectify a small issue . They might think that they doing quite well and can treat some customers without regard. However, things happen in life , you can be at the top one minute and at the bottom next minute. Lots of businesses are going bust everyday and the same can happen to them,
Staff are not polite. Got shellac nails done. Done hastily, no attention paid to cuticules, not done to edges. When i asked for uneven, blobby nails to be redone they refused and pretended they saw nothing wrong. Will not be giving them anothr penny. Price is resonable for a reason.
They are lovely, good customer service and polite. I get my acrylic nails done here and they do them very good and neat.
