   Very easy to find what you need online then collect in store. Love that you can save your basket and collect and pay in store if you prefer not to pay online by clicking for a code once you have finished shopping which is then found on their system . Friendly staff too.

   It's been nearly 2 days since I placed my order still waiting for a text to say order is ready for collection not only that you can't phone the shop and there is a 30minute wait for customer services, won't be using Toolstation in future.

   I used to think delivery was good, and stopped using Screwfix. Now using Evri or some other courier.... Sunday is not next business day. A notification 30 mins before delivery is useless, I don't stay in on Sundays. I now have to reconsider, a reliable delivery service is important to me.
