   Horrible experience! My 15 months old had a hair cut, and the lady did a crap job! My baby was panicking and she didn’t give her a break or tried to calm her down. I had to stop her for few seconds to calm my baby! She doesn’t know how to cut hair now I have to fix it from the front as it’s not straight!! Plus she used the trimmer and scratched my baby’s neck! Absolutely Horrible experience and never going back again. Not professional at all.

   Very disappointing experience and was shocked by overall experience. We arrived at our appointment time and the hair stylist was busy with another customer, she just ignored us and when we greeted first then she responded with good morning! We are made to wait for a little over 10 mins where she did not inform us that it will take time. We are not expecting an apology but at least inform the customer, it will take few mins etc where she can clearly see that my 2 year old was getting restless. we stepped outside as we did not want to disturb other customer. We asked her opinion on a haircut but she just said it will be too short that’s it! Anyways that is fine she did not even talk to my 2 year old boy once and therefore he was very unsettled as a stranger was cutting his hair! It was his first hair cut and instead of being memorable it was the worst experience!

   Fiona you have saved my hair!! My last bleach experience at another salon scarred me as I lost so much. Fiona helped me choose a soft balayage to add some dimension back into my hair as I had box dyed it black. My hair has never looked better and healthier - so many people have asked me where I got it done! The layers are PERFECT. My new regular salon, thank you Fiona!!

   booked a dry cut for my two daughters at £35, but when it came time to pay, I was told the price was £45 because their haircuts were considered “restyles.” This was never mentioned before the haircuts started — if it had been explained in advance, I could have made an informed choice. It’s not about the extra money, it’s about clear communication and honesty. The hairdresser also seemed annoyed when my daughter asked for her hair to be cut a bit shorter from the front, which made us feel uncomfortable. Later she said her attitude was because she had more clients waiting, but that’s not true — there was no one waiting at that time. The haircuts were fine, but better communication and a respectful attitude would make the experience much more pleasant for customers.

   I am going in this hair salon with my little one ( 3 year old );because instead of chairs they have for children little cars . So my son is so exited and happy there and not even realising that he actually is doing his hair. The lady there is very kind with the children and professional. Good prices and you can find parking places too in the front of the shops and salon. Thank you

   Finally, a lovely salon close to home that are amazing with children. My 2 year old had a superb cut last week in a fabulous car which kept him entertained and we avoided the screaming as he was put at total ease. Went back today with our daughter and the service was brilliant as was the cut. Thank you! I shall book myself in next.
