   Beauté fitted me in last minute on a Sunday for twists. They provided great service fitting me in, having the hair/hair colour requested already, offering drinks, making it clear I could order in food and whatsapping me the WiFi password before I asked. The lady doing my braids was friendly, the time passed easily and I learned some things about my hair along the way. I was really pleased with the end result that I felt reflected my reference photo well. I’d definitely return to the salon!

   WARNING: Extremely unprofessional service – do not book with Madeleine I had a LA Weave fitted by Madeleine, and within 3 days it was already falling out. Shortly afterwards, the weave completely came out. This is absolutely unacceptable for a service that should last weeks and clearly demonstrates a lack of proper skill and care. I attempted to resolve this directly with Madeleine. She repeatedly ignored my calls and messages. When she eventually responded, she stated she could “fix it,” but only after 3 weeks – by which time the hair was already unusable. I then requested a refund, which she agreed to, but 13 days later no refund has been issued. This is not only appalling customer service but also a breach of consumer rights, as she has taken payment for a service that was not fit for purpose and then failed to provide the agreed refund. I have screenshots of our communication and photographs of my hair as evidence of the poor workmanship and her failure to provide aftercare. Madeleine’s conduct has been unprofessional, evasive, and wholly unacceptable. I will be pursuing this matter further through the relevant channels (including Trading Standards and small claims court if necessary). I strongly advise anyone considering booking with Madeleine to avoid at all costs.

   if i could give 0 stars i would. they absolutely destroyed my hair. permanently damaged it. wont take any responsibility whatsoever & wont refund. i paid £250 for yuko hair straightening. the strands have a weird pattern & are extremely dry when running my hair through them. they always become knotty. this was a retouch & none of my retouchs in other places were like this

   I’m so glad I came across this shop, the best Hollywood wax I’ve ever gotten. The waxer was patient with me and administered breaks if things got too intense she is also very sweet and kind. I 100% recommend to anyone looking for a wax !

   Madeleine did my 2 year old’s hair and was extremely accommodating considering how distressed my toddler was getting her hair done. They went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and that my daughter was comfortable and did not once make a big deal out of the way my daughter was making her hair more difficult to do. I feel like I have found my daughter’s long term hairdresser.

   Nice and cozy beauty salon, all the girls are really nice, is very well located, on the main road, close to Tesco and bus station. Madeleine was amazing, she done my treatment quick and perfect (waxing treatment) so I was very happy with the service received. Definitely I will come, thank u Madeleine.

   Went here to get my daughters hair done, she is still young and moved quite a bit. This is particularly frustrating for hairdressers, but not here. They encouraged her to move and in fact followed her to help complete the braids, the atmosphere was chill and welcoming. There was more jokes and entertainment for my daughter, 10/10 engagement towards her. The art around the salon is comforting and more eye catching.
