   Maxonique nails is by far the best nail salon in Beckenham. I had a brilliant experience today, the lady that served me was very friendly and went above and beyond for me. I asked for a pretty difficult design and she took her time to make sure it was perfect. I will 100% be returning to Maxonique and I can’t wait to get my nails done here again.

   I love this nail salon . The team are great however their appointment system and walk ins clash. Today I had an appointment at 10.30, was moved to 11 and then was only attended to at 11.45 - it’s simply not fair !!! There are walk ins all the time and they say come back in 30 minutes? But they have a full shop of 4 people waiting and two working. I would appreciate an improved timing system please.

   Although happy with my nails, I unfortunately will not be returning to Maxonique. I will not be returning due to the salon owner being very overbearing and rude to her staff. I was the only client in the salon, and found the salon owner to be very distracting when I was trying to enjoy my treatment. I felt very uncomfortable with how the owner was talking to her staff infront of me, and felt sorry for them to be honest. The whole manner of the owner was very unprofessional. Ken did a great job on my full set and Moon did a lovely job on my toes. They were both very gentle and professional. Thanks guys and sorry I won’t be returning. Edited: The owner of the salon has since sent me a message threatening me with legalities. I am fully entitled to share my experiences and opinions and will not accept receiving messages of this sort.
