Masi and Saba are just the most sweetest and loveliest people ever! Their service, professionalism and dedication to making their customer happy is undoubtedly the best and only reason I continue to come here. I always come for waxing, brows, upper lip. One of the best places in Enfield to go for beauty services! Highly recommend.
I have been going to this salon for years (Hertford Road) The customer service is impeccable and I always leave the shop feeling amazing. I get my eyebrows threaded, waxed and tinted and Saba is the best in the game!!!!! Masi is my go to person for a Hollywood Wax- with no hair left and a very smooth finish, she does a brilliant job!!!! She always asks if I am happy before I leave. Overall I would say this is the best salon for all your beauty needs

The absolute best! The salon saved my wedding day! My nails were done perfectly. My eyebrows were impeccable. My makeup was fabulous. The employees are kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I recommend nails, lashes, brows, and makeup. Every service is 10/10.
I got my eyebrows done from here after my friend recommended the lady is really good and reading all the good reviews I went to get it done. I waited for the lady that is meant to be good and got my eyebrows done. I told her not to make my eyebrows thin because my eyebrows are not thick and she still made them very thin and both different shapes and while she was doing my eyebrows she went on the phone and she was speaking to other people, I just felt like it was rushed because she was busy and after she was done doing my brows she started putting eyebrow powder on my brows to fill them in I was very confused on why she putting make up on my eyebrows after doing them because no one has ever done that to me before and I don’t always wear make up and I couldn’t even tell how she done them cos she applied eyebrow powder on it. Im very upset and disappointed because my eye brows are very thin now and look different shapes and they don’t grow back quick. She also told me her hands are good, they will make my eye brows grow back if I believe in her hands. I’ve always got my eyes brows done from another place in woodgreen I’ve never had any problem with them, I went here because it was closer to my house and I regret it so bad. I had the worst experience ever. I didn’t even say anything to her I felt so awkward. She was so unprofessional. I think she’s only good with people with thick eyebrows because they are easy to do. If you have light thin eyebrows she can’t do them. This place ain’t for you. I won’t be going back here again. I’ve never left a Google review before. This is my first time as I’m so upset.

Only gave one star as there is no option to give zero. Had a very unpleasant experience today getting my nails done for my birthday. Both Nancy and her husband were extremely rude and unpleasant. Very disrespectful and poor service. I've never been treated so badly as a paying customer! I also my invited friend who came with me for the the first time and the way we both were treated was HORRIFIC! I literally left in tears! Only go there to get your nails done if you have no self respect. Very poor service for mediocre work. Happy Birthday to me smh... Word choice I've made.
Today was my first time having my nails done at this establishment, and I will not be returning. The lady doing my nails was very aggressive. Very argumentative behaviour and unnecessarily rude service completely unprovoked. Simple politeness goes a long way. This was a very disappointing experience. I mentioned this to the owner who blamed the nails tech’s rudeness on her accent rather than addressing the issue.
I can not reccomand Pink beauty bar enough!!! I had my holiday glow up here!!! Pink beauty bar has been my one stop shop for a few months now I have my nails eyebrows intimate waxing eyelashes facials and a little botox done here, the girls and of course Danny ( funniest guy ever) are amazing at their job super talented and soo welcoming...I've even started taking my teenage daughter here for her waxing as I honestly wouldn't let her go anywhere else. Massive thank you to all the Team at pink beauty bar for always looking after us ❤
