   Tried calling to enquire on purchase of timber decking on at least 5-6 occasions over last 3 weeks at differing times to no avail. Doesn't matter which option you pick, no one ever picks up. When I look at the reviews now, I wonder whether still trading or just v poor customer service. Will cross off shortlist!

   Superb service from giving advice for what product was needed, leaving full contact details to follow up enquiries, ordering product and prompt and safe delivery of order. I would highly recommend the company to architects or laypeople alike. They were a pleasure to deal with giving professional and helpful advice and making sure the customer was well satisfied.

   Great company to work with. They were really helpful on our recent property refurbishment with advice on material and finish. Samples were readily sent out and the team in the showroom near Heathrow were knowledgeable and extremely helpful to. Great product range and competitively priced. Not the cheapest in the market place but in my opinion probably the best. The photos show our build with Western Red Cedar with Harvest Gold Sansin Pre treatment KD Channel profile

   Not very happy at all! After placing my order on the 26th of June, I was told that because of covid19 it would take 4to 5 weeks for my order to be received. After 7 weeks then 9 then 12 and so on I was always reassured that the wood was on its way....... guess what, I’ve received it on the 2nd of November! Due to this delay my bike was stolen as it was on full display as the wood to build the fence didn’t arrive intime. Very angry and disappointed.

   Good so far. My landscape contractor used them to supply 80sq metres of larch decking boards, good quality , no issues. We have used them to supply some larch cladding of various sizes and grades, all delivered, on time and helpful driver. Currently have some red cedar boards and some extra cladding on order and have delivery date for next week - three weeks from order, which in the current climate is reasonable. Had to phone them to amend last order week which took a couple of attempts as they didn't call me back, thus the four stars. All being good with this order will continue to use.

   Absolutely shambolic customer service, at every stage of a very drawn out process - to the point that i thought we had been scammed by a non-existent company at one point. It was during the peak of Covid, which is why i have given 2 stars rather than one - it was a tough time but even with that they were a mess. Slow response to emails, mistakes, being passed from person to person, not getting call backs. We turned up to collect our order only to find that it wasn't available, wasting a whole morning. We got no apology, and had to repeatedly chase it, and in the end they could only provide a different profile and lower grade of timber to the one we had ordered, and 3 months after we ordered it
