   There are many hair stylists just down the street on Deptford that you can go to save your peace of mind. Absolutely terrible customer service. They quite obviously don’t listen when you call on the phone so don’t trust any confirmation, price or appointment they give. I called, tried to book an appointment only for them to tell me they would call back but never did. When I finally managed to call them, I booked an appointment specifically asking if they were open on Sunday, which they said they were and gave me a time to come. Only for me to show up at the place and they’re closed and not picking up the phone. They also raise prices arbitrarily from one week to the next

   A great hairdressers. Establishment is high end and quality but with reasonable prices. All staff are really friendly and make you welcome. Been going here since its opened, we all know when you have a great hairdresser that does what you want you'll stay loyal. Definitely recommend.

   Very beautiful and clean environment with professional staff. I was really impressed by Keisha's professionalism as a first time client in the Salon and will recommend to anyone. Was extremely pleased with my wig cap and have received many compliments. I was sent a reminder text about my appointment which has never happened in all the black Salon I have visited. Keisha was very polite and had a very good attitude and if she continues like that, the sky will be her limit. Well done Keisha and do keep up the good work that you are doing
