   I had a HydraFacial with Meliz and honestly, it was such a great experience. She really knows her stuff and explained everything before she started and also as she went, which I really appreciated since it was my first HydraFacial. She was super accommodating and took her time, especially with the extractions - which was exactly what I was looking for. The space was really clean and comfortable, and I felt totally at ease the whole time. Meliz is also super warm and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. I’m so happy with my results and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend to anyone!

   I first visited Mel for facials and was immediately impressed by her expertise and the comfortable, welcoming environment she created. When I later discovered she had introduced laser hair removal, I booked in straight away, although personal reasons meant I couldn’t start at the time. Years later, when I returned, I was touched that she still remembered me and arranged my appointments without delay. Mel is truly exceptional at what she does and has made me feel completely at ease throughout my laser sessions. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

   I had the most pleasant experience with Fatma while getting my bio-peel done. She was very welcoming and immediately made me feel comfortable when I was nervous about my peel! I really appreciated the briefing at the start as she explained the science behind the peel. Fatma ensured that I was okay throughout the entire process and it was fairly quick and easy. You can definitely tell she is an expert at what she does and that she loves doing it which was so refreshing to see!

   Bought a package of bio-peels for my back, arms and face. Was treated by Fatma, who was the sweetest, friendliest soul ever! Super accommodating and knowledgeable about the treatment and her work, so you know you're in good hands. She was also kind enough to offer me a banana as I had arrived straight from university. I have one more peel left, and the results have been good so far, definitely going to be going back more and booking more treatments because the quality of service and the treatments they provide are 100% worth it.

   I have been to numerous clinics across London, both ‘instagram famous’ and ‘ prestigious’ salons and none have even come close to MBK Medspa. I first booked in with Fatma for the acne go go facial. She was very knowledgeable, thorough and explained the treatment to me which put me at ease. Besides her expertise, she has a very special way of comforting and putting clients at ease and has such a good aura . I was pleased with the facial and purchased DMK skin products that were recommended from Fatma which have worked wonders for my skin. I’ve now started laser hair removal with the other therapist Meliz , who much like Fatma is very knowledgeable , professional and kind. I must also mention that the customer care is immaculate , on arrival every time they’ve always provided me with a bottle of water and always ask me how I am and if i am comfortable . these small touches go so far. I will be recommending . Thank you Fatma and Meliz x

   I’m currently having the DMK enzyme treatments and had one biopeel. Having my facials with Fatma has been amazing!! She gives such a warm, friendly and uplifting energy and makes me feel reassured all the time. I also enjoy catching up with her each time I have my sessions. My skin feels more smooth and radiant and I will continue to book more sessions with them. Both Fatma and Meliz actually CARE about your skin and wants you to achieve good results throughout your skincare journey. I was first communicating with Meliz and had asked a couple of questions. She gave a good amount of explanation and also recommended the kind of treatments that would be suitable for my needs. I then booked a consultation with Fatma whereby she explained further on what to expect for each of my sessions, the skincare products she recommends as well as their benefits. Both of them have been incredibly informative and lovely. I am really thankful to have met them both and their customer service has been impeccable!!

   I’ve had 2 facials from Meliz and both have been amazing! I started off with a dermaplane session which was amazing for my first time and I’ve also had a hydrafacial which I’m addicted to now!!! I’ve seen my skin clear up like never before and it has allowed to me feel more comfortable in my own skin and feel more confident! Besides the impeccable treatments the Customer service is unbeatable. Meliz made me feel so comfortable from the very start and her hospitality is insane! Will definitely be booking all my treatments here!!!!
