i went to Naz hair and beauty to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted & had such a lovely experience. The staff were welcoming and kind, the price was very reasonable and my eyebrows look lush. overall i definitely recommend!
This place is a disgrace - i don't leave reviews usually but had to. A few months ago my wife went there and had her eyebrows absolutely demolished by one of the ladies in there - full of excuses and no apologies. Now when asking for a full face threading, they ask if you want your chin done too and if so, it would be an extra £5. Last time i checked, the chin is part of the face? Avoid the mid-old lady with black hair, she does not accommodate any client requests, it's her way or the highway.
Always get my haircut there, very friendly staff and good hair treatment. Eyebrow threading is amazing , hairstyling and makeup is very good. I would recommend to everyone✔️
I advise against getting your eyebrows done at this salon. A blonde lady overplucked both sides of my eyebrows. When I pointed it out, she insisted it was just me and that my eyebrows always look that way. I didn’t even hear an apology – instead, I was made to feel as if it was my fault. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon.
I did my hair with Eda, who is a lovely and respectable young lady. She listened to me and what I wanted to do on my hair and offered me a full hair package of £150 for full hair colour, full head highlights, cut and blow dry. I would recommend this hair salon any time to any of my friends and would definitely come back again ! :) Yesterday I went back and I had some highlights, toner, cut and blow dry done by Fatima, who is a lovely and kind lady. She was welcoming and patient with what I wanted and I was amazed by what she had done :)
Tried to use straighteners on my hair when it was damp!! The woman doing my bouncy blow dry had no idea what she was doing. The hair style lasted for a few hours, usually this can last me a few days. They also made me wait for 35 minutes over my appointment time.
Best place I’ve ever been for my eye brows they have an amazing customer service they do threading and waxing for a very good price and very polite professional workers I would always go there would not trust anywhere else.

I would give them minus 5 stars if I could, I had hair extensions done requested nano, I got micro ring instead with the metal tipps dug into my scalp,I had them removed and refeted by an experienced and professional hairdresser,when I went to the salon and showed them the video, they just wouldn't listen they didn't even apologise for their incompetence they instead tried to kick me out of the salon with one them trying to hit me luckily I took videos and I will seek legal advice, they are incompetent please stay away from them bunch of bullies I don't think they are qualified, trained or have public liability insurance if you get injured or they damage your hair they will try to bully you, hit you then trows you out of the salon, worse ever experience but for me it will not end here. Worst experience for eyebrow threading! I have thick eyebrow hairs. I went to the lady who usually does eyebrows and she was so unprofessional. First of all, she kept moving my head like I was a rag doll, I never said anything. At the end, my eyebrows had gaps in them. I have never had gaps in my eyebrows. She kept repeating that my eyebrows have always had gaps in them and she didn’t do this. Everyone who knows me will know I don’t have gaps in my eyebrows. She was so rude and patronising whilst flicking her eyebrow tweezers in my face. I showed her a picture of my natural eyebrows I had taken the day before (with the time stamp) and it was when I straight came out the shower. She went on to say I had eyebrow pomade in my eyebrows that’s why there’s no gaps. Manager was the worst manager, didn’t take it seriously and kept backing up her staff. Will never go back. Continuously, talking to each other in Turkish just because I clearly don’t understand. No compensation for her mistake, and I had to leave with gaps in my eyebrows with no apology. Will definitely not go back.
