   I had a really bad experience with a "lash lift". I've had many in my time so know how they're supposed to look - this didn't lift my lashes at all or curl them, if anything they are straighter than before I went in. The treatment took almost double the time it usually does so should have known something wasn't right. You can't tell I've had anything done at all, which for £55 is not acceptable. I don't like leaving bad reviews if I can help it but I've emailed them, text them and rang them twice and they've ignored all forms of contact. Their social icons on their website doesn't even take you to their socials, so there is no way of contacting them without physically going in, which I'm unable to do. I was having the treatment done for a trip so it has been a waste of time and money as I have nothing to show for it. The beautician was also really blunt and borderline rude. I will never go back and advice nobody else wastes their money.

   I’ve been coming to this salon for well over a year for my BIAB manicures and have always been very happy with both the results and the service. However, the recent pricing changes have become confusing and seem to have increased quite significantly. When I first started coming, an infill cost £40. This later increased to £49 as I was seeing a senior therapist. After the rebrand a few weeks back, the price went up again to £51.75. Today, I was charged £57 for the same treatment I always receive. I was told the additional £5 was due to the use of an e-file, but an e-file has always been used for my appointments, and it usually helps make the process more efficient, so I don’t understand why this would now incur an extra charge. Additionally, the email invoice I received after my visit stated the price as £51.75, even though I was charged £57. This lack of transparency feels unfair, especially as a regular customer who has supported the salon for quite some time. I’ll continue to visit the salon, as I really value the staff and the quality of the treatments - I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my manicures. I just wanted to share this feedback, as the pricing structure recently has felt unclear, and there often seems to be confusion at the till when paying. Clear and consistent pricing would make a big difference and charging much more for the same service you’ve always offered feels a little unfair.

   I’ve only ever had BIAB nails at House of Bloom, but they are so good I’ve stopped bothering to go elsewhere. They always give you a proper manicure beforehand and pay particular attention to detail. Victoria is great!

   Was a loyal customer for many years, polite staff, good pricing and easy to get a slot. However hygiene was always poor in waxing rooms: bits of used wax on floor, sometimes hair, etc. I looked passed this because of the price and friendly staff. However, in my last session, I noticed that a new wax therapist uses the same wax stick throughout my session, in the same pot used for all other customers in that room. This can spread diseases, bacteria etc. I didn't want to raise this infront of all their customers at reception so I emailed and it was ignored. Therefore I found myself a new waxing salon and they confirmed you are not supposed to do that and in can spread lots of awful things. Real shame my email was ignored. Be careful if you get waxed here.

   I have been getting my nails done at Beautie Lab with Victoria and Julia for the last 2 years. I cannot recommend enough, the attention to detail is second to none, and the quality of the hard gel products is top class. I wouldn’t have anyone else touch my nails now! Both girls are extremely attentive and patient and very talented in design.

   I started with the lovely Jinan in 2020, I was on heavy acne medication and my Acne was in a very very bad place, to the point tap water would burn my skin. With the dedication and care from Jinan my skin has never been better. Jinan gave me a strict routine to follow and I would come at least twice a week to do my hydra facials, chemical peels and carbon facials. I will never have any words to describe my Gratitude to Jinan and Yuliana for all they have done for me. My face was so bad I used to hide and not want to leave my house. I used to hold my head down when people spoke to me or cover my face up with scarves, hats or big coats. They gave me my confidence back! I never question any suggestions Jinan gives me because I know they are all for my best interest. I recommend anyone struggling with server acne to come to Beautie.LAB Beckenham and ask for JINAN! It will be the BEST Decision you will ever make!

   I had a lovely relaxing facial with Desi some weeks ago. She has very healing hands and my skin felt amazing afterwards. I would highly recommend her for a facial. A really lovely woman and a great facial.

   The worst experience in my whole life. Manicure “specialist” was extremely abrupt, rude and not very articulate to say the least. She kept on pulling my fingers and really plucking my cuticles. The gel fell off in exactly 4 days time. Won’t be coming back and won’t recommend either

   Booked for a manicure, pedicure. Julia who took care of me was polite and friendly, did a good job overall although I would say that the cuticle work on the hand was a tad aggressive/painful, and I had a very minor bleed later. I wanted a French manicure which I was told there is not enough time for. Would have been nice to be advised how long it typically takes, what to select when booking online. Minor point though, I would be happy to return if in the area again.
