   I had the most amazing facial massage with Nayle! She made me feel super comfortable from the start, and the whole experience was so relaxing. Honestly, the treatment was way more than I expected—it felt luxurious and left my skin feeling soft, refreshed, and glowing. Nayle also gave me some great skincare tips that I’ve already started using, and they’re really making a difference. You can tell she’s really knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Highly recommend booking with her—I’ll definitely be going back!

   Madeleine did a fantastic job on my pedicure. My feet feel brand new. She was so friendly, open, and very good at her job. Will definitely be coming here for further treatments in the future. I also had an amazing manicure afterwards by a wonderful lady who I unfortunately forgot the name of. Her name starts with a K and she was born in Romania but grew up in Italy. She also did a fantastic job with my finger nails, they look brilliant. Thank you for your amazing services.

   Beautifully decorated down to every last detail,very clean, lovely, friendly and very accommodating staff. I booked a massage with Christina which was amazing. From the massage table being heated up and some of the essential oils which were warm smelt so lovely. Nice music in the background and the room was beautifully decorated. A little gem in Bromley. Definitely will book again and next time a longer massage! Felt very relaxed and makes you feel like it's a place you want to be in ! Hats off to you Beautiva!

   This was a very professional business, yet relaxing. The staff very friendly. The interior was really nice and clean. The young lady who did my pedicure was great. Went home very satisfied. A little bit more expensive than some of the others but you get what you pay for. Well worth it, will come again and recommend this place.

   I have had a very bad experience with a nail salon that made me so upset! I was literally in an emergency before holiday. They accommodated me very quickly and beloved Crina just did the magic! Everyone really professional, using top quality material and the outcome is above expectations. I am very peaky with my nail beautician which they made me smile
