   The Service has definitely gone downhill. I was a regular at this salon many years ago when the owner was present at the establishment. I recently visited the salon and was astonished at certain member of staff's attitude, Lack of respect when speaking to clients, you arrive at the salon, there's no acknowledgement and when eventually spoken to, it's as if you as the customer are offering a service rather than knowing that as the customer we are paying for a service. It's a lovely salon and one of the better looking ones in the area, but please improve your attitude and your approach to customers. As a people please let us be pleasant to each other. As an example..When you walk into the Turkish shops they are so happy for your business they make you feel welcome, you are therefore encouraged to return. In closing I was satisfied with the way my hair was done but sadly I won't return in a hurry.

   Lovely salon, and great owner. But the service just hasn't been the same in the last year, since they've changed over the girls. The service has been lacking the professionalism and time upkeep it previously had. Very concerned as I have love for this salon.

   Have been getting my daughter's hair done here for over a year...each time, someone new does her hair and each time, i am quoted a different price £80, £100, £130 for the exact same braids. I am tired of the inconsistancy so will try and find a regular braider with a consistant price list.

   They don’t have a set hair price menu and they’re very unprofessional. I asked if it was possible to come for 3, she said to come for 6 because that’s when she’ll be free. Once I came, she didn’t say anything to me until 8:10 and then had me wait until after 9pm. She rushed my hair and the partings were rubbish. I’m very disappointed. I also forgot, she finally spoke to me at 8:10, she also tried to make me come back tomorrow because she said it was getting late and it was going to take her long to do.

   It was my first at this salon and I was not sure what to expect. However I was welcomed by the beautiful ladies that work there and that a lone made me decide to have my hair done from jadore. It’s a bit pricey but you get your money’s worth at the end… I would highly recommend

   I just want to share some of my experiences about the hair salon I went to hair salon today I have been waiting for couple hours like one hour but that is okay because it was other people was there before me part of that after one hour I went to wash my natural hair came out so pefect ponytail and the staff was very lovely and helpful friendly , kind also price was less cheap than other hair salon I have been to if I would go back again I will definitely will also I will recommend alot of people to come to this salon

   Amazing! Professionals who know what they are doing. They are fast and efficient. My hair is gorgeous every time! The salon is very spacious with comfy couches and chairs making the wait comfortable even though one does not wait long. The space allowed for the buggy/stroller/pram/pushchair to be moved around without cramping anyone. Appointments and walk ins are accepted. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good music was playing in the background. The prices are nicely affordable.
