   Worst service. I had a nano keratin treatment and hair colouring few weeks back. Charged exorbitantly. The hair looks messy after 3 days. The keratin treatment clearly didn’t work. But also during application it was so rushed I had doubts if all areas were covered. It’s so crappy half looks like it’s ok but major parts still a mess. The stylist was rushing to finish. Very quick hair trim that took less than 2 mins and I’m not proud of the colour

   Aggressive entitlement on full display The owner demanded I move my parked car so she could squeeze her SUV in front. When I didn’t, she tried (and failed) to get a traffic warden to intervene — they confirmed I was doing nothing wrong. She then came out screaming in the street. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. If you’re looking for basic courtesy or respect, don’t expect it here.

   I had a fantastic pedicure with Ariana and would recommend her. However, I could have done without the owner's sons pushing open the door to stare in. Running up and down the corridors. Small children have no place in a spa really.

   My wife bought me a full body massage here for my birthday, its been a long few years with very little down time and after the first few minutes I felt like I was melting away. Worth every penny and the staff are excellent, I would highly recommend it. Half the time you're not even aware of the pain so much of your body is in until it gets released.

   Had my hair done this morning by Sophie.. I have afro-caribbean (relaxed) hair and this was by far the BEST blowdry I ever had out of anywhere I visited in the years I've been in London. 10 stars for sure! Really took her time with it and she was also super-friendly. Price was good as well.

   I have an OK massage, Jessica was nice but her toxic smoky cigarette breathe was awful. I went to the toilet it was very unclean, Pee all around the toilet seat. The staff were friendly.

   Booked 2 massages, both was extremely poor service, I felt uncomfortable as the staff didn’t seem interested or put in enough effort to make me feel relaxed. I left feeling more stressed as I had wasted about £150. Total waste of time and money!
