   I asked them to do a root touch up of brown highlights I already have. As it was a busy environment, I felt rushed, they left the bleach on top of my head and processed it for longer than it should’ve. I’m now left with a large blonde patch on top of my head. The blonde is incredibly light I didn’t ask for this. It’s also yellow. My hair is now damaged and has been breaking off since then.

   Friendly staff, however they advertise a private room on their website for hijabis but there was no private room. What’s worse is a male colleague came and saw me without a hijab while I was waiting for my hair to dry. Not impressed.

   Do not dye your hair here, the lady and man bleached my hair and then put colour in it making it permanently yellow. They’re unqualified when it comes to colouring hair. I’ve had a few other consultations and no one can believe what they did to my hair. I have long hair and the only way to fix it is to cut it all off. The worst hair decision I’ve made in my life was going here and I will forever be upset and angry.

   Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. I have visited allot of hair dressers in my time, from super high end in Notting Hill to mobile hairdressers. The owner did my hair and she is so passonate, I decided to go from brown hair to blond and she achieved this in one sitting. It looks so natural, no brassy tones at all and no hair brakage. The environment is business casual, expect a relaxed culture with allot of smiles. Whatever the hair style or colour you want, the owner and her wider team will make it happen. The nail person is also fantastic.
