   I just wanted to take a moment to share some really positive feedback following my visit to your Huyton Timber Yard today. I went in feeling a bit lost, unsure of what I needed for a DIY project I’m working on – I’m trying to recycle and reinforce some drawers to make them last longer. I brought a piece of the drawer with me for reference and spoke to a member of your team, who kindly called over Tony for further advice. Tony was absolutely fantastic. He really went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and coming up with a smart, practical solution. His knowledge, approachability, and genuine willingness to assist made a big difference – and honestly turned a confusing task into a really positive experience.    -5* It's been awful experience with beesley and Field since placed an order for Redland renown slate grey tile over six weeks ago. Firstly they took the order saying had a stock and will be deliver in 2-3 working days. Sent message after week saying stock is not due till week…not yet received a product and no response, every time I call it goes to voicemail even though no callback. Total project has been stuck over 6week, builder is charging me for their cause. Just Avoid..

   Fantastic service from Mark at the Huyton depot in sales. A credit to your organisation. I'm doing the rear patio and driveway and Mark helped source the materials and put up with various changes to ensure the order can fit on the drive. Nothing was to much trouble. The delivery driver/team (sorry I didn't get his name) was great too, kept me informed of when the delivery would arrive. Great team!! Thank you
