It was very hard at the start but the staff and doctors was amazing couldn’t of got where I am today without full respect to them all including the people suffering like me thanks to all involved
I returned to Kingsmill Cardiac Catheter Suite today with my 95 year old mum to have her pacemaker wound checked. During a break in mum’s treatment a Healthcare Assistant called Claire popped her head round to say a quick hello and see how mum is doing. Claire looked after my mum on a previous appointment there. Mum was thrilled to see Claire again and much appreciated Claire’s continued interest in her welfare. It has helped my mum overcome some anxiety she has had about her procedure so a big thank you to Claire and the Cardiac Catheter Suite.
Had to take my husband to AandE Thursday 6 am they are the most amazing people ever nothing to much trouble they keep saying sorry for the wait it's not there fault I don't know what they get paid but it's not enough
Still waiting in A&E after seven hours
I can’t praise enough the staff at Kings Mill, from the paramedic and ambulance crew, through 3 shifts of A&E staff and then to EAU side A ward. They looked after my Dad so well. Caring, patient, cheerful and efficient even though it was the New Year weekend and very busy. Thank you so much.
