Really great service. Popped in as our spaniel Belle picked up a thorn in one of her feet.... We didn't have an appointment and we aren't even from the area. Belle was seen within 10mins on a Saturday morning and the thorn removed free of charge. Excellent service!

I can’t recommend Medivet in New Mills enough! Every staff member we spoke with was so friendly, supportive and kind. Our vet really went above and beyond, she took such care with my dog and took the time to go through everything with me. When it came to getting medication, the woman at the desk was so lovely and again, really took her time to go through everything with me to ensure I felt confident with what was required. You can tell everyone working there is so passionate about what they do. I feel incredibly lucky to know this incredible team is a phone call away when it comes to looking after my dog as I know he is in such good hands. Thank you to the team at Medivet New Mills.
We recently brought in our cat, and received the best care from the entire team. Sadly he did have to be put to sleep, but everyone, particularly Stefano, did everything they could to find another outcome, and when this impossible, to support us through the difficult decision. I can't thank them enough.
Absolutely fuming. My dog went in for a surgery, was sent home bleeding! And now ill be taking her home next week in a box as ashes.!!!! Heartbroken and angry.
Amazing practice! All of the team are fabulous and so caring. I can be quite anxious when it comes to my dogs having anything done but the vets and nurses are amazing and do a fantastic job.
Will never go here again, after 12 months of giving it a chance i find the staff very unfriendly and not nice at all. Today I visited to get my cat weighed for worm and flea treatment the woman took my cat went into the room and shut me out??!! How rude....I went in and said I'd like to be with my cat why stress her anymore than nessesary...wasnt welcomed at all. I will never go again I would rather drive miles than go there, cold unwelcoming waiting room too simply awful pretty sure all these wonderful reviews are untrue or paid for
Fantastic service, staff are excellent both my rabbit and cat always seem very relaxed around the vets. Would highly recommend.
