   Friendly and great service. I highly recommend! It was my first time getting a Hollywood wax with Lulia. She was so welcoming, she put me at ease straight away. Her technique was good I hardly felt any discomfort (just the usual that you'd expect from getting a wax). It is easily one of the best waxing experiences I've ever had.    I'd only had one wax before visiting the Beauty Pattern, years ago, and it wasn't a great experience, so I was nervous on my first visit, but Iulia is AMAZING. She is so professional and diligent and friendly. On my first visit she explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it, which really put me at ease.
