   I booked an appointment & waited a whole hour before I was seen no communication of this. I had to keep going up to ask how long and got told 15 mins - 1 hr later! The nails took nearly 2 hrs long to do when it should only be an HR and also left with two cuts! Never coming back again. Everything was super super slow!

   Just horrible place. I was booked In on Saturday for 2pm. I got there at 1.50pm but they didn't attend to me till about half 4 which I was OK with , I had my nails done but by Wednesday one of the nail broke. I went back on Thursday morning so that the lady called Mary could fix it for me, she basically said NO and that she had client even though just one lady was there and she was about to finish her procedure. I just think that place is horrible and no customer service whatever. Very dull and unfriendly workers especially Mary. Always talking under her nose and very annoying. I won't be going back there again. They aremt really good because nails always break within 2 days. Horrible horrible and unfriendly place.

   On of the rudest and worst places I’ve ever visited. AVOID AT ALL COST. They made me wait 1.10hr and then told me they can’t do my nails. STAY AWAY.

   Went to get my gel manicure removed. Horrible service. The guy is rude. Charged me pounds for just getting it out - no filming of the nails, no removing the nail paint. Been here before but the experience has never been this awful

   Just walked in with my 4 year old daughter as I promised her an after school treat and she really wanted to get her nails painted - we were unceremoniously told no…my daughter was so upset. The place was empty but they claimed to be busy…I said we could wait half an hour and come back and they still said no they are busy. Guessing we weren’t a lucrative prospect but one that would’ve taken 10 minutes. Shame on you….not a nice feeling at all

   I was given a brilliant walk-in service. Lovely staff and I was served very quickly, despite not having an appointment. Affordable prices. Had my shellac removed and nail varnish reapplied on my toenails - very happy with the result. Would definitely go back.

   Always have pedicure here when I visit London. Usually book a day before, as there are not always so many staff. Pedicure lasts about 45 minutes with foot bath spa, nail treatment and mini foot-leg massage (massage chair too). Staff seem to have limited English or are very quiet, but that's OK with me and I often take a book (but hence the 4 stars rather than 5 as I don't feel a real connection with them). Gel polish lasts about a month, which coincides with when I am due the next London visit. Prices are good/in keeping with other places. Clean facility. Time keeping good.
