   I honestly love visiting the B&M stores to have a look around at some of the unique items and deals they have available. This B&M store is located on the Trident retail park surrounded by other stores. There is a very large carpark available free of charge and there is also disabled parking available. I love looking around at the items in the store and seeing if they have anything new as the stock changes from time to time. They have some very unique dog treats and my dog loves them! The store is normally quite so you can take your time. However the store is normally understaffed and there are not many people around to help with questions. There is normally one till on at a time and when the queue gets long they call for help but it rarely happens. I feel is it so unfair on the staff because they are lovely but there is never enough people in at one time. Also some of the offers I have had problems with on my last few visits. They are marked as a set price but scanning wrong so always check your receipts. The staff will always refund the amount after you show them the price marked, but it causes the visit to be longer than needed. I really hope the store can hire more staff soon to help the current staff out.

   Just been in the store queing and there was two young, new staff members. By the looks of it, both very polite and a credit to the store with the way they handled the large queue of customers. One of the managers or supervisors on the other hand was absolutely disgraceful with the way she spoke to her colleagues and customers. All they did was ask for a manager to come and help and all she did was shout at them and belittle them in front of their customers. The manager was a short, older looking lady with short light hair, and clearly needs a lesson or two on her customer service skills.

   Nice clean shop with good quality products, they sell a good range of products. However they only have a small amount of furniture in store. But a lovely shop. Wide Isles which are pushchair and wheelchair friendly.
