   Yesterday, I brought my sister in for a no7 makeup consultation as she wants to start learning makeup. She was taught by a lady named Joanne, and she was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t appreciate her more for the confidence she gave my sister. Thankyou so much Joanne!

   I love shopping here it’s really good really good prices. I even have a membership card. The only thing I don’t like is the racist security guard he let two foreigners steel a pram full of baby stuff. He literally let them walk out the door past the tills and everything, but he followed me and my husband round, the whole store all because my Husband was wearing a brand-new expensive tracksuit we told them at the desk what happened? They check the CCTV footage he got fired and then rehired he is so racist against English people they are the only people he follows round the Shop he should get fired for this but know his doing his job is what they say even though he is letting people who are actually stealing go. I do not agree with racism. It is absolutely disgusting and it should not exist. Everyone is equal but if he was actually doing his job and stopping thieves instea of being racist, I wouldn’t have a problem.

   they need to sort the security guard,not everyone's a shop lifter ,i work in retail ,and had my uniform on while shopping in the store ,and he seems to follow me around everytime i shop ,WHEN ! i go shipping in there again , and if he follows me again ,he's going to be very sorry

   I was served by Melanie today and what fabulous customer service she had!! Excellent store experience, tidy, organised and easy to find everything I was looking for. Staff on hand if help needed and the queue for the till came down very quickly!

   Consistently slow to dispense prescriptions. Unhelpful attitude by counter staff. Told to ring to see if prescription available. Tried 4 times on 5 different occasions. No answer. Told to come back in an hour then made to wait because I had left the building and 3 others were before me now despite having explained I had to attend another appointment. If this happened once or twice, fair enough, bit it's every time. Prescriptions sent by the GP are received on a Monday and still not ready by Thursday. It is an appalling service.

   Absolutely shocking attitude from some lazy women that couldn't be bothered to complete my important heart medication prescription.. I arrived an hour before they closed .. was told to come back tomorrow.. I said I couldn't and could they at least sort out the vital things I needed .. she agreed and stated come back at 5.30 .. I arrived at 5.30 exactly .. and the doors were locked .. The horrible lady even had the audacity to laugh at me through the window ..utterly disrespetful,unprofessional and and pathetic behaviour. HONESTLY shocked by the staff in this place .. utter garbage attitude . Will not be using Boots again for my medications ... vile attitude

   I went in to get a perfume gift set and if I'm not mistaken the person that helped me out was Karen and I trully can't thank enough her and another lady (don't know her name), they tried so hard to find a lid to the gift set but for whatever reason they couldn't find it so instead of saying something like "we can't sell it" they gave me a very generous discount on the gift set, thank you to the team for such an amazing experience in a shop and I will 100% be back there as I never had in any other boots such a positive experience like I had in this store

   Met up with the family on a birthday. He was absolutely surprised. We were late going in as we met up earlier. Very busy and quite late, but got food and we're still pleasant with us all . Happy atmosphere in the society rooms xx
