I had been positively impressed with high level of skills and professional knowledge of Felicia who works there as a therapist. She knows anatomy well and able to suggest the best matching treatment and then perform it in the most efficient way.

I had a truly excellent experience during my colon hydrotherapy session with Suzanne. The environment at The Greenwich Spa was calming, spotless, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. Suzanne was kind, reassuring, and incredibly professional, taking the time to explain each step so I felt completely comfortable throughout the procedure. The session itself was gentle and much easier than I expected. I really appreciated how attentive Suzanne was and how she checked in regularly to make sure I was feeling okay. I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and very well cared for. Overall, a wonderful experience — I highly recommend Suzanne. Also big thanks to Margarita. I had a wonderful experience during my Iyashi Dome infrared sauna session with her. She was welcoming, and very professional from the moment I arrived. Margarita explained the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed before starting. The session itself was incredibly soothing, the heat was gentle but effective, and I left feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and deeply relaxed. Margarita checked in at the perfect moments without interrupting the peaceful atmosphere, which I really appreciated.

This was by far the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. The service was poor, and the room was untidy. I received a body scrub without even being offered a shower to rinse off afterward. The customer service was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was only five minutes late, and I even called ahead to inform the receptionist. yet the service I received was still disappointing. I’ve been to other spas, First, the toilet was in a terrible state. I reported it to the front desk, and the response was, “Someone else probably used it,” followed by complete indifference. That level of hygiene is unacceptable. Second, claiming there’s no shower after a body scrub is one thing—but a staff member later said the shower is not working..That’s just unprofessional. Overall, the service was poor, and I won’t be returning. Please work on your spa—there’s really nothing worth recommending.

came in for a pedicure and unfortunately had a really poor experience. The setup wasn’t comfortable at all, and the service felt rushed and incomplete — they didn’t even scrub my feet, which is a basic part of any pedicure. It honestly felt more like a quick polish change than an actual spa treatment. The only positive note was how polite and lovely the staff member was. She was kind and friendly, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the overall lack of quality. I won’t be returning

Agree with other reviewers. I went for mani pedi, my therapist was very friendly and nice. But unfortunately it's not very neat. Can see bubbles and the edge aren't very straight. My cuticle became worse too than before :( I think she didn't hVe a good enough tool to do mani pedi. Place was a bit untidy and not that clean too, such a shame for the price I paid

I visited the Greenwich Spa for the first time and had a holistic massage with George. It was AMAZING. I felt so relaxed and happy after, the pressure and speed was perfect. I've been to several places for massages in the area but this is the only place that makes me want to go back again. Thank you George! :)

Partner booked to go here last year for a massage, using a gift voucher. On the day she had developed a cough, so called to explain and ask if it's possible to rebook. Spa confirmed she wouldn't be allowed to attend anyway, so moved to the following week. Partner still had a cough, so called to ask to move again. Spa refused and took the value off the gift voucher, even though they also confirmed she wouldn't have been allowed to attend. Countless emails back and forth and they wouldn't change their position. All in, they can't have it both ways - can't say you can't attend but we're still going to take the voucher. A shame, as had used several times before and now won't go back. Beware.

Although my pedicure is fine, I didn’t enjoy the experience at all: I feel customers are far too close together, the salon should be cleaner, my manicurist was laser focused on getting the job done but had forgotten all about the client experience: my feet were held far too tightly and forced around. I am not convinced equipment was sterile. It was the least comfortable and relaxed I’ve felt in a while. Will not be returning.

The beauty therapist was nice and friendly but lacked attention to detail. She wasn’t able to give the nails a symmetrical shape so I had to file them myself. But more importantly she did not clean the edges of colour with a brush and acetone, she used a metal tool to try and define/remove colour but it just made it look messy. I also had to point out that two of the nails had weird bubbles/texture so she had to remove it and redo it. She should’ve noticed that herself. Very disappointed overall. Paying £40 for a spa manicure I really expected a good result.
