   Zsuzsika was the best❤️ I brought my sister from Germany there for a curly haircut and she was just brilliant, as a person and individual. I booked the incorrect treatment but she took the extra time anyway instead of sending us away to come back. Such a lovely woman and really attentive. Curly hair is a whole other story and she really knew what she is doing, trusted her instincts while listening to the needs of the customer, being my sister. We will be back - for my wavy curly hair ☺️

   Do Not Recommend! I made a booking for a fringe cut through Treatwell and, unfortunately, was running late for my appointment. I was four minutes late (appointm at 5:45pm) when I called them to inform them that I was running late and to ask if they could reschedule the booking for later that day or the next. Instead, a very rude lady answered the phone and told me it was impossible since I made the booking through Treatwell and it was non-refundable. She also claimed they had no availability for that day or the next, even though they clearly did. When I pointed out that I could still book online, she rudely informed me I could do that but would have to pay again as those are the RULES. I understand you have cancellation and rescheduling policies, but you can still be nice to customers and try to accommodate last-minute changes, especially when you actually have availability. I will definitely not rebook due to the extremely poor and rude customer service, which leaves an utterly horrible first and last impression of this so-called Temptation Studio.

   I was at the salon today and had a great experience. The salon is cozy and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment with the hairdresser, Deimante, and I'm extremely happy with her work. She did exactly what I wanted and even exceeded my expectations. She's truly amazing!

   Went for hair colour and spent a bomb but the outcome wasn't close to what I expected/discussed with the stylist. Hair was pretty rough, didn't feel smooth/nourished at all after the entire process which should not be the case. Even after asking twice, the hair cut wasn't really a proper cut, just trimmed it from the bottom. Definitely not worth the money and time. A big no for me. Although I must say hospitality wise they were good.

   After recently moving to the area and far from my old hair dresser I was very anxious to go anywhere else to get my hair cut. I didn’t catch her name but to the lady with short blonde hair. You have the hands of an angel and my hair is so lovely and beautiful and I’m so so happy. One of the only hairdressers who cuts of exactly how much you wanted off. Perfection!!! Thank you!!

   The best studio I have ever been! Highly recommend to use very inovative sunbeds, Sun Angel and one with infrared lamps with nice relaxing music. I bought some stunning crystals and candles. Staff was friendly and well organised

   Be wary of companies altering their name. They have changed from 'Temptation Studio' to 'Temptation Studio RW' and have deleted my post 3 times. As I write once again, I received a botched service from Kristina where she acknowledged she did not provide me with the requested treatment yet she still charged me for it. I also got an infection on the area I had the treatment as she did not sterile her tools she used on me. AVOID
