I had an appointment on Saturday ,I was greeted by a lovely young receptionist who even offered me tea and helped finish my hair.My braids where beautiful thank you everyone

I went it for a wash and pixie. While washing she casually said she was adding treatment and not said anything about price so I said ok thinking it was free. At the end she added extra £10 for whatever she put on my hair for less than 10 mins. I wanted my pixie very short pixie and she said my hair wasn't properly relaxed to do it short. I said ok.Then she didn't have the correct straighter to do the pixie. Which isbthe part that pissed me off the most. She used a bigger one than she should have saying she couldn't find smaller one. Why not mention this before I came? I sent the hairstyle. I hated my hair walking out.. I haven't left a salon hating my hair in years. She said I should bring mine next time. You're a salon it's not customers responsibility to bring there's and still charged same price. Personally I wouldn't recommend this place based on thier lack of incompetent to reimburse for not having correct tools and not communicating properly about price. My cousin is not a professional stylist she only does her hair, friends hair occasionally and she does better job than them. I used them once for a wash and something years ago and this reminded me of why I ever went back. They are overpriced for and I think she did the same thing and not communicate properly too then. I really would have dispute that payment with her but I'm early pregnant and didn't want to stress my self
I have a level of anxiety but Elaine and the other ladies here are lovely! I get very shy in unfamilar situations (I don't often go to hairdressers) but I always leaving here feeling confident and happy. Whenever I have time and confidence this is my go to for my BIG hair.
This was my daughters 2nd time going, the first time she went she had a trim, this time she went she had braids, the ladies are lovely, sweety was very patient and chatty. I definitely won't be taking my daughter anywhere else but here. Fantastic service. Love love love.
Have been a customer at Natural Beauty for over 3 years and have always been pleased with the device. I have never had an issue. Appointments are kept to time, communication is professional and all staff members are friendly and welcoming. I have recommended a few people to Natural Beauty who have also been pleased with the variety and good quality of service! About to book my next apartment now.
